Ich habe im Oldegar Hotel geblieben und hatte eine positive Erfahrung, vor allem dank der freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Mein Zimmer war normal und erfüllte die grundlegenden Bedürfnisse für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist perfekt es ist nahe der Zugbahn und der Bahnhof, und es gibt viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Es ist auch in der Walkweite des botanischen Gartens, die die Gegend noch angenehmer und bequemer macht. Mein Zimmer war im 5. Stock, und da der Aufzug nur auf den 4. Stock geht, musste ich ein Stock nach oben gehen. Trotzdem konnte ich meine Gepäck selbst nach unten bringen, wenn ich auscheckte. Zu Beginn meines Aufenthalts war der Aufzug vorübergehend aus dem Dienst. Obwohl es ungünstig war, versuchte das Personal wirklich, das Problem zu lösen. Sie kontaktierten sofort das Wartungsteam und halten die Gäste informiert. Ein männliches Personal hat mir sogar geholfen, mein schweres Gepäck ganz bis zum 5. Stock zu tragen Ich war wirklich dankbar für seine Freundlichkeit und Bemühungen. Während meiner gesamten Aufenthaltsdauer war jeder Mitarbeiter, den ich getroffen habe, freundlich, aufmerksam und bereit, zu helfen. Ihre Einstellung machte eine schwierige Situation viel einfacher zu handhaben und hinterließ einen sehr positiven Eindruck.

Bei der Ankunft waren wir von Anthony begrüßt, der uns bei der Einreise in die Straße der Fußgängerzone und der Parkplatz unterstützt. Glücklicherweise waren noch Parkplätze , es gibt insgesamt 10, wenn verfügbar ist es kostenlos. Das ist ein Plus! Was für einen Service. Er hielt uns bei der Kontrolle bei uns um. Wenn unser Safe einen technischen Fehler hat, hat er eine Lösung sortiert, die eine neue bietet. Das Hotel liegt in der Mitte des Zentrums 2 Minuten von La Cigale entfernt. Gutes Frühstück mit Selbstbedienung Nespresso Kaffee und der beste Madeleine. Was mich enttäuscht war die ungeeignete Fruchtbarkeit der Einrichtungen. Warum eine Flasche von 500 ml Mineralwasser während wir mit 2 Personen sind? Wie viel kostet das? Und verwendete Rituals Toiletten von früheren Gästen? Ernsthaft in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Wenn sie mit 2 neuen Miniflaschen kommen, aber am Ende geben Sie mir eine neue Flasche, um die Hälfte der verwendeten zu ersetzen. Warum so stinkend? Wenn Sie es informieren, war es aufgrund der Nachhaltigkeit und die Vermeidung von Abfällen. Ein gutes Grund, aber warum stören Sie mit Mini-Wäschereien überhaupt und nicht ändern Sie sich nur mit großen Flaschen von Refüllmitteln? Es fühlt sich ein bisschen halbherzig und unfähig, zwischen Kundenservice und Trifft zu wählen.

I had an excellent stay at Chachacha Hotel. The hotel is new and very clean, which immediately made the experience comfortable. The service was exceptional — the staff proactively helped me carry my luggage to my floor even though I never asked, a thoughtful gesture that truly stood out. Before checking in, I requested to leave my luggage at the hotel for a few days, and they were fully willing to assist me without any hesitation. Their flexibility and helpful attitude made my trip much easier. I also had some questions about getting a SIM card, and one of the female staff members kindly helped me search for the nearest Free Mobile store. Her patience and willingness to assist showed how dedicated the team is to supporting guests. The room was well‑maintained and equipped with air conditioning, which made the stay pleasant. The room is on the smaller side, so it’s more suitable for a short stay, but it was perfectly comfortable for my needs. Every staff member I met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their professionalism and warm attitude created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. All in all, the stay was perfect, and I highly recommend Chachacha Hotel for anyone looking for a clean, modern environment and exceptional service from a team that truly goes the extra mile.

Good location and clean , comfortable hotel with kitchen in the room. Great overall

Es liegt schräg gegenüber dem Bahnhof, umgeben von einem Carrefour-Supermarkt und vielen Restaurants, sehr praktisch

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table). Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us). It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

Ich checkte ein, und als ich mein zugewiesenes Zimmer betrat, war es bereits belegt! Also musste ich mit meinem ganzen Gepäck zurückgehen, um ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen. Außerdem belästigte ein Mann an der Rezeption, der betrunken oder psychisch labil (oder beides) war, die Gäste (mich eingeschlossen), und das Personal unternahm nichts, um ihn loszuwerden. Als ich endlich mein eigenes Zimmer hatte, war es zwar klein, aber komfortabel und sauber genug. Das Doppelbett bestand jedoch eigentlich aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten, war also nicht so bequem, wie es sein könnte, und für Paare ungeeignet. Insgesamt war ich von dem Aufenthalt enttäuscht.

Perfekt zum Ausruhen. Der Ort in diesem Hotel ist großartig. Offiziere helfen auch sehr gerne. Das Gästezimmer ist sehr elegant und verfügt über ein riesiges und komfortables Zimmer. Wir werden auf jeden Fall das nächste Mal hier wohnen

I went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement. The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for. There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person. On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky. In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay. If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.

When i arrived at the hotel reception there was a sweet lady that explained to me everything I needed to know about the amenities and the accommodation. That's a big plus from me. Very close to F.C. Nantes stadium, if someone is interested. The room was medium size with almost everything you might need. The bathroom has all the amenities but the shower room was a bit downsized. The only big disappointment from my point of view was the lack of air- con ( they have just a fan that doesn't make any difference when it is 36 degrees outside).
