CCiptaningrumIt is not easy to rate this establishment. Its not that its not good, just it may be good for a small segment of travellers. The B&B is in a renovated old building with some very nice architectural artefacts. However, the design of the use of space is not too friendly to a traveler, especially if you plan to stay there for a few days or more. Let me first talk about the things I like about this B&B:
1. Beautiful old building,
2. very good room size for the room I rented, including a huge bathroom with bathtub. The room is bright with two big french door and window.
Areas that I think it would improve to make staying there more enjoyable and convenient:
1. There is no closet or to put your clothes, so we have to lay out all our clothings on a big coach. If you have clothes, pants and jackets you want to hang, you may be out of luck, since there is very little space for hanging clothes, and the hangers supplied could not hang pants. So we lay our pants on the big couch.
2. The night tables are very small and not too much space to put a tablet and a phone and a glass of water there.We have to put the table lamp on the floor in order to make space for other items.
3. The toilet is in a different room outside of the bedroom area, and away from the bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no sink in the toilet area, and each time after going to toilet, one have to walk over to the bathroom to wash your hands, a bit inconvenient.
4. On arrival, we were asked what kind of bread we want in the morning, we indicated chocolate croissant, and we were given that for the 5 days we stayed there for breakfast. I think it would have been nice if they have offered other choices each morning.
5. There is no menu for the breakfast, and person looking after the breakfast would come and ask what you want. Unless I know of all the items that they can provide, I could only ask for the familiar items. I thought a simple menu with different offerings would be useful for clients.

YYigezhuifengdeshaonianDas Zimmer ist relativ sauber, nicht weit vom Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof Bordeaux entfernt. Nur für Aktivitäten sind Hotels in Frankreich weniger interessant als in China. Der Raum ist nicht sehr groß und die Dekoration ist relativ einfach.

SSergio Alexandre SousaThe hotel is modern and overall comfortable, and the rooms are decent for a short stay. The bed was comfortable enough and the general atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant.
However, I think some aspects could be improved to better match the expectations of a four-star hotel. The main point is the breakfast. The selection was quite limited and did not feel like a four-star hotel breakfast, closer to what you would expect from a three-star hotel at most.
I would recommend that the management look at the breakfast offered in other four-star hotels for comparison. In many hotels in Portugal, Spain, or Madeira Island (where I am from), the breakfast selection is usually much more varied and of higher quality. Improving this would make the overall stay much better and more in line with the hotel’s category.

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof und den Straßenbahn-/Bushaltestellen. Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt, abgesehen von zwei Dingen. Erstens war das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn/der Dusche zu heiß. Ein Hotelangestellter zeigte mir, wie man die Wassertemperatur einstellt, und sagte, das sei in ganz Frankreich so. Ich bin natürlich anderer Meinung. Ich hatte kurz vor meinem Einchecken in diesem Mercure in zwei Ibis-Hotels in Paris und Nantes übernachtet. Ich hatte während meiner 30-jährigen Reisen durch Europa in unzähligen Hotels übernachtet und hatte dieses Problem mit dem „heißen Wasser“ nie erlebt. Die Lösung bestand jedenfalls darin, das Wasser außergewöhnlich lange laufen zu lassen, bis das sehr heiße Wasser ausging. Dann konnte ich die Temperatur regulieren. Ich komme von einem Ort, an dem die Leute frisches Wasser schätzen und das inakzeptabel finden. Da das Hotel internationale Gäste aufnimmt, sollten im Badezimmer vielleicht Hinweise/Anweisungen angebracht werden, wie man mit diesem Problem mit dem „heißen Wasser“ umgeht.
Zweitens war der Kaffee im Zimmer nicht erwartungsgemäß. Ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sollte das besser können. Ich war jedoch froh über den Wasserkocher im Zimmer.

EEffyOhh🟢 Die Lage war sehr bequem und einfach zu reisen. Wir parkierten dort und dann verwendeten die Zugbahn um sich zu bewegen. Bequem und einfach. Der Innenraum des Gebäudes sieht frisch und gut aus. Die Zimmer waren ziemlich groß, so dass wir überall verbreiten konnten. Überrascht, die Toiletten und Duschen getrennt zu sehen, aber genießbar. Große Wahl für das Frühstück für 18€, aber manchmal wartete auf die Wiederfüllung.
🔴 Das Personal war nicht wirklich freundlich, es sei denn, Sie waren derjenige, der Ihre Annäherung und mit ihnen reden wollte. Es gab eine Alarmaufnahme früh am Morgen während unseres Aufenthalts und niemand war an der Rezeption, um uns zu begrüßen und uns zu sagen, ob wir evakuieren oder was. Als wir (andere Kunden und wir) dem Empfänger erzählten, dass es nicht normal war, dass sie sich erschreckt und anstatt sich entschuldigen oder was auch immer wieder antwortete. Das Personal wusste nicht, was sie in diesem Fall zu tun hätten. Nicht beruhigend, wenn es irgendwann ein echtes Feuer gibt.
🟡 Reinigung war nicht erstaunlich, aber hätte schlimmer sein können, so dass keine Kommentare dazu.

GGastnutzerDisappointed. The room was small, the furnisture was tired and in dire need of refurbishment. Second-hand books were used as part of the room decor. To enter the bathroom, one needs to put one leg in with the other leg left outside and, with the door half-open, bring the other leg in - that's the only way to enter. The room standard is much lower compared to similar type of hotels in most other countries, while the price is significantly higher. The building opposite the hotel is boring-looking and is undergoing constuction. The closest underground car parking is a bit far away and is extremely pricy. Everything is pricy in that country, while the quality of living is lower compared to most other European countries. The city as a whole dissapoints. A lot of **** people, really **** on the streets! You see them everywhere selling self-made trinkets, however, when you return a few minutes later they are all gone - ostensibly swept away by the police. You also see a lot of homeless people who sleep outside. This is a result of incompetence and mismanagement by ****** and his life partner, apparently. The standard of living in this city has deteriorated significantly compared to what was the case 5-10 years ago. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, the personnel is friendly. The location and the surrounding area are OK, however, it takes 15-20 of walking to most major sites.

GGastnutzerDieses Hotel liegt im Herzen der Altstadt von Bordeaux. In der Altstadt von Bordeaux gibt es keinen Parkplatz und die Polizei am Straßenrand ist sehr engagiert. Es gibt viele Polizisten, die sich über illegal geparkte Fahrzeuge beschweren und diese aufräumen. Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt, weil es über einen eigenen großen Parkplatz verfügt, der kostenpflichtig ist. Aber sehr praktisch. Wir sind durch die gesamte Altstadt von Bordeaux gelaufen. Das Auto wurde auf dem Hotelparkplatz abgestellt. Dieses Hotel verfügt auch über eine kleine Küche, in der Sie Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten oder diese einfach in der Mikrowelle erhitzen können. Aber das Steak in Bordeaux ist so lecker. Wir haben alle auswärts gegessen.

GGastnutzerI enjoyed my stay in Bordeaux at this Appart Hotel. I walked there from the train station, it is not far but not close. At the beginning, I wasn't able to find it as it is off the main street, but once I know my way around, it's not bad! There are washers and dryers on-site and you can purchase tokens at the reception. I was told there is a sauna but I didn't have time to check it out. The lady at the reception is friendly, and there are candy bars and ready-to-microwave meals available for purchase. I would definitely come back to this hotel as the room has a microwave, fridge and pots, kitchenware for cooking a light meal. The room and bathroom are a bigger than most hotel bathrooms and bedrooms. The two photos are the nice view from my hotel room.

Les employés font tres bien les choses dans le respect et le sourire (assez rare pour que cela soit signalé)
Le studio supérieur est tres spacieux et possede également un petit lave vaisselle.
Fortement recommandable
Une seule suggestion me vient a l esprit c'est de mettre un cendrier devant l entrée principale

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Zimmer war dumm, als wir erst angemeldet wurden, aber es war besser, nachdem sie das Zimmer am nächsten Tag reinigten.
Für diesen Zimmertyp gibt es kein Wasser.
Die Gäste waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich während unseres Aufenthalts.
Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Bahnhof und ist eine 15-20 Minute Fahrt zum Hauptkaufsbereich, das sehr bequem ist.
