GGastnutzerDie Service und Pflege, die ich von den Altstadt Suiten Quito erhalten habe, sind die besten, die ich je für alle Hotels, die ich geblieben habe, erhalten habe. Mein Flug kam am frühen Morgen um 6:40 Uhr in Quito, ich kam zum Hotel um 7:40 Uhr, Hotel-Front-Desk-Mitarbeiter Francisco nahm meine Gepäck, gab mir Kraftcord, um mein Telefon zu bezahlen, und gab mir sogar ein leckeres Frühstück. Ich habe mich in mein neues Haus in Quito begrüßt.
Das Hotel hat Milch, Joghurt, Brot, Saft, Käse, Eier, Hammer, Gemüse und Obst für das Frühstück selbst oder Sie können ihnen vor der Zeit sagen und sie können Frühstück für Sie bereiten. Ich habe eine wunderbare Erfahrung in diesem Hotel.
Das Hotel ist großartig und Sie können zu alten Stadtattraktionen gehen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der Quito besucht.

GGastnutzerDas Personal war sehr angenehm n hilfreich, insbesondere das Front Office n im Restaurant. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten dort auch Abendessen und hatten hochwertiges Essen. Sie können nicht um eine bessere Lage bitten. Unser Zimmer war hervorragend, geräumig mit einem wunderschönen Balkon. Danke für die Mitarbeiter, dass unser Aufenthalt ein erinnerebar gemacht wurde.

DDavid AtabekyanОтель не виноват что городские власти не могут обеспечить безопасность в центре столицы. Сам отель невероятный, очень красивый, очень уютный, невероятно стильно и любовно оформлен. Завтрак на веранде с прекрасным видом, сам завтрак небольшой но вкусный, хлеб очень мягкий и свежий.
Что вам нужно знать: двери отеля всегда закрыты, если вы приезжаете ночью нужно предупредить чтобы в отеле вас ждали, так как этот район города не очень благополучный. Мой заезд был в 3 ночи, мне пришлось попросить таксиста стоять рядом со мной пока я звонил в дверь и пока мне не открыли, если бы я остался один мне было бы тревожно. В номере есть большое окно и балкон но его так же приходится держать закрытым из-за безопасности. Я хорошо понимаю что сотрудники отеля очень стараются чтобы внутри вы чувствовали себя в безопасности и комфортн но не могут повлиять на ситуацию за пределами отеля

GGuest UserI was there for the first time, doing a seminar for leaders in Buenas Nuevas Chrsitian Church, the experience at the hotel was great, specially the staff, front desk waiters in the restaurant. Everyone there was really attentive and helpful, the location is great too.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay at Hotel Villa Lafayette!
My stay at Hotel Villa Lafayette was nothing short of exceptional. It’s by far the cleanest hotel in all of Ecuador—absolutely spotless in every corner. The entire property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and filled with elegant touches that make it feel both luxurious and welcoming.
The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and truly professional. They offered excellent local recommendations and always treated me with kindness and care.
The location is ideal—tucked in a peaceful part of La Mariscal, just a short walk from Plaza Foch and some of Quito’s best restaurants and shops. My room was quiet, stylish, and very comfortable, with a serene garden view that made me feel instantly relaxed.
Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The entire experience felt safe, polished, and perfectly cared for.
If you’re looking for elegance, cleanliness, and world-class service, Hotel Villa Lafayette is simply the best choice in Ecuador. I would return in a heartbeat!

BBJBMDBeautiful hotel 4 KM from the Airport. Wonderful and kind management. Rooftops have great views at sunset. Only complaint was bathroom light was automatically on, and very bright, at 3:00 am, was a surprise. The little cafe up the street and to the right has wholesome food. Both are nicely priced.

GGuest UserEs gab eine Lücke in meinem Badezimmer, die fast meine persönlichen Reinigungsartikel ruiniert. Das Zimmer, das sie mir gegeben haben, war vor den Treppen und es war immer laut mit Leuten, die laut sprechen. Der Grund des Toilettes war scheißend. Die Person, die mich begrüßte, war der einzige, der ich am kalten Tag war effizient. Ich verließ das Hotel heute Morgen, als ich morgen verlassen sollte. Das ist, wie schlecht ich dort gefühlt habe.

That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.
