Similar like 5⭐️service! It’s was an amazing experience! We were so welcome as you step into the hotel. They gave some welcome drinks to us. Recycle bag and it’s just feels like home. Staff is very warm and it’s so considerate. Staff is very helpful to every small needs and all of them is very kind. Bed is very comfy and memory pillow. Excellent experience. But staff takes a little longer to check in and some minor works should be done to improve like some lighting bulbs is not change due to wear and tear. I 100% will stay here again if I come back to Meitan! Best hotel I stay so far in my 1 month trip! Thank you all the staff who help and attend to my needs. 🫰🏻♥️

First of all when we arrived for check in at the front deck， we were told that the homestay is under renovation and offered us for another homestay option. This is really unacceptable as if this is under renovation then why it is open for reservation. We have no other choice but to accept the option since we have arrvied there. Next is the homestay staffs lack of professionlism and poor attitude. The plus point is the homestay location is good and close to the scenic spot. Room condition also quite good, clean and comfortable.

The good: excellent bed. Very comfortable sleeping. The Aircon was very strong. The woman at thee front desk was diligent. It’s close to the station. I like soybean milk at breakfast. The bad: the WiFi was terrible. My room also didn’t have an outward window and was facing a weird void space in the building instead. This meant that even my phone data was slow that deep into the building. The window can’t really be opened for fresh air because it shares it with other guests and if someone uses it for smoking it floods your room. The building is strange because there’s lots of airy open hallways with windows but my room was so dark lol. The price was cheap and the bed/sleep was good, so that’s like 80% of a hotel’s score but man that building is strange. Also the neighborhood is unfortunately not very prosperous, the area seems to be overbuilt for the amount of business it actually sees so there are many empty storefronts, hopefully this will improve in time. I guess in summary I wasn’t unhappy, but if I went back to Zunyi I would look at other options first.

We liked the location because it was directly across from the fissure tour cave. We also liked the price. When we arrived there the front desk didn’t require our passports which was unusual. We signed in and were led to our room. We went down after a few minutes to ask the manager some questions but she was heavily into a card game and said she would talk to us later. There was no food available on site but the manager walked my wife and another couple down to a restaurant about a block away. The room itself was extremely cold . The next morning after we checked out the manager offered to find us a ride to the cave park five minutes up the road. In short though there was a language barrier on our part I felt that she could have been more friendly. For the price and location I would recommend this hotel to others.
