Der Service war großartig und das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es eine Bushaltestelle. Für nur 1 Yuan kann man in einen Doppeldeckerbus steigen und die Küste entlangfahren, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind auch hervorragend.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the hotel. From the manager to Ms. Shun and the entire staff, everyone went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. They kindly arranged complimentary pickup from Yentai Train Station, provided helpful itinerary recommendations, and even assisted with booking local transportation for an eight-hour sightseeing trip. The property is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cozy, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. A standout feature was the in-room jacuzzi, which was large enough to comfortably accommodate two adults and provided a great way to unwind. The room also featured a massive 85-inch TV, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, yet it is only a two-minute walk from Chaoyang Pedestrian Street, where you'll find a wide variety of eateries, cafes, and shops. Its excellent location also offers convenient access to many nearby attractions, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. Breakfast was simple yet delicious, with a good selection of well-prepared dishes to start the day. Overall, the exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and attentive service made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Ich habe ursprünglich zwischen dem Marriott und dem Sheraton gezögert. Schließlich schien das Sheraton über veraltete Einrichtungen zu verfügen es zog mich noch mehr an, aber ich zögerte, weil es keine Terrasse hatte. Herr Yun Tuwu schien nach unten zu gehen, aber am Ende war es besser, der Bequemlichkeit der Kinder Vorrang zu geben. Die Wahl des Sheraton hat mich nicht enttäuscht und ich war angenehm überrascht, als wir im Hotel eincheckten, dass er uns ein Upgrade auf eine Suite mit vollem Meerblick geben konnte, wow, das Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war großartig, egal ob von vorne oder von der Seite, vom Schlafzimmer oder vom Wohnzimmer aus, und ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass ich an den Strand gehen muss Es ist ein Vergnügen, im Zimmer auf das Meer zu blicken. Viele Gerichte waren sofort weg, als sie serviert wurden, und sobald ich aufstand, fragte mich jemand, ob ich mit dem Essen fertig sei. Es scheint, dass die meisten Menschen früh mit dem Reisen beginnen. Nach dem Frühstück nahm ich meine Kinder mit kleinen Eimern, Sandschaufelwerkzeugen und Drachen direkt vom Garten zum Strand mit. The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

晚上十點才到給免費升級了酒店房間，雖然是節假日性價比也很不錯了，尤其小波和小傑服務態度很好看到有小孩幫忙拿了行李，能看出星際酒店的優質服務，房間內部空間大，雖説室內設施有些偏傳統但是很全，乾濕分離還有浴缸，整體是不錯的體驗

The theme of our family’s year-end trip was, as always, a STAYCATION: enjoying a hotel with great amenities where we could eat well, rest well, and have fun. Our pick this time was Aloft Yantai. Of course, we achieved 100% of our travel goals. We ate well, rested comfortably, and had an incredibly enjoyable time. We were on cloud nine during our stay at Aloft Yantai! What made this trip even more meaningful than just accomplishing our travel goals was meeting a great friend—Eva Tong, the best hotelier at Westin&Aloft Yantai! With her positive energy, she leads the surrounding staff and provides the best service to customers. Eva is truly a born-to-be hotelier. Her thoughtful care for customers turned Westin&Aloft Yantai into a hotel with 100% loyalty from four of its guests. We will definitely visit as often as we can in the future and will work on effective viral marketing for Westin&Aloft Yantai. Extremely clean, very large space with excellent aircon and water pressure. The room has an attached ”kitchen”, which I did not know was included! It was a terrific space, and would be especially great for families or large groups. There are no restaurants in this location, only the breakfast facility. Breakfast was Chinese buffet breakfast, with several options and was satisfactory. You can also eat breakfast on their outdoor patio, which was pleasant! Sadly, the coffee shop was not open when I was there. I walked about 15 minutes down the beachfront to another hotel's coffee shop--it was nice but expensive. The location is very close to the bridge leading to Yangma Island and the bus stop is nearby. The beach directly across from the hotel is a giant mud-flat beach. It is NOT a swimming or bathing beach! When tide is in, it is very flat and shallow, when tide is out, it is muddy and you can take a bucket to find little creatures. There is not a good swimming beach at this location, but I took a bus northwest to go swimming. Service was friendly, but non-Chinese guests should use patience--the friendly ladies at the desk do not speak English. They are helpful to find food/snacks/shops nearby. Overall, it feels like staying in a small apartment rather than a hotel, with nice plants around the property and a homey feeling.
