AAquaNowThe Meiya International Hotel/Apartment offered worldclass service. The staff provides ample assistance and unending patience to foreign guests. Despite the language limitation, the hotel crew ensured that my requests are provided. I booked the cheapest room available for my schedule. It was beyond value, loft type unit which gave a solo traveler like me a huge area to move around. the bed was big. the living area was a whole room by itself. there was a separate space for office work, a kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. Meiya is very generous with space. My room had a view of the city, through its floor to ceiling window. It felt first class. What was a bit confusing is the names used through trip.com: Meiya Hotel or Ramada Hotel or Fulitai Hotel. The location was perfect for the conference I attended, just a few blocks away from Yantai International Expo. Commuting via train to neighboring cities like qingdao and weihai is also easy with the train station just 5 min drive away. There are a couple of shopping malls nearby too. Overall, I am happy with my stay at Meiya International. If given the chance to visit Yantai, I would definitely come and stay here again.

GGastnutzerThe best place for a calm vacation on a beach for a affordable price. This was a nice little hotel standing right in front of a beach. The placement can be seen as perfect as this large beach is wonderful itself and much better then the beaches at the city center. The only inconvenience to consider when choosing this or nearby hotels is lack of cafes and restorans nearby, so you'd better take breakfasts in the hotel, they were not bad, tasty and very filing, with serveral options to choose from. For other places to eat, except for a two nearby costly restorans, you'll have to wark to find one about 1-1,5 km or more. If you want to spend more time in the city center consider also the time to travel to it, about 1,5 hours on a bus, 30-50 minutes on taxi. The service was decent, even though stuff does not speak english they were very welcome and supportive, helping me and calling taxi a couple of times when I needed it. The hotel itself is clean. The room was cleaned daily, not perfectly as the floors in the room stayed a bit dusty all the time but that was not too much of an issue. The bedding was always clean, towels were clean as well and changed daily. I have to say a few words about the beach and the see themselves. The beach is large and clean, there are trash bins which are cleaned daily. It have a sand of very good quality, indeed of a golden color. The beach longs for several kilometers and is from about 150 meters wide to 200+ meters wide depending on the tides. The beach is shallow but no too much, you can easily walk to a place where you can swim freely. It was August and the water was extremely warm and cozy. It was clean with little human made trash coming from the see, but due to temperature the water near the shore start blooming on a second or third day of my stay there. I had to walk 10-15 meters in a 50-80 centimeters deep water full of seaweed before I come to clear waters. I bit unpleasant but not a big deal. There were some jelly fish coming the shore, the see doesn't have dangerous ones though. The beach has some infrastructure, at least there is a place to wash your hands and legs and there are public toilets nearby the beach, but there are no safeguards on it. With an chinese specifics I would say that's a plus as they are too restrictive and protective here.

PPeterKThis was my second stay and I enjoyed it again. This time I was able to try the breakfast offered and it is mostly Chinese options but there are some cold cereals and toast and croissants with butter and jam as well as salad and fried eggs and chicken sausages for the western items I guess. The room is very comfortable and the staff are wonderful and friendly. If you need a hotel in this area of Yantai it is highly recommended. Also the Korean restaurants and a bakery around the corner are excellent and the fast food options across the street at the Wanda shopping mall are very convenient.

ZZiyoudexiaoshuijingCheck-in traf den Vorhall-Manager Nina Zheng Manager, der besonders enthusiastisch ist. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel. Diesmal spielte ich mit meinen Eltern eine Karte und sah die alten Hausverzeihungen von Großvater. Die Meereslandschaft und die heißen Attraktionen gingen zum Kartenspielen! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr bequem und bequem zu reisen. Nina hat auch die Geburtstagsgeschenke aus dem Laden gesendet. Es ist wirklich super intim. Das nächste Mal wird die Zigarette hier bleiben!

Der Service und die Verwaltung des Hotels sind sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmerfrucht werden täglich aktualisiert. Es gibt Yoghurt, Tremella Suppe, Gepäckwäschereiniger, Kopfband, spezielle Schalen. Am Tag der Abreise, Frau Yue Aihua ( Ehua), eine Vollzeit-Boden-Butler, persönlich schickte die Tür aus. Sie hat auch intim Obst, Trinkwasser und Joghurt und einen guten Fünf-Sterne-Service.

GGastnutzerEin tolles Aufenthaltserlebnis! Ich bin normalerweise wählerisch und mag keine Teppiche in Hotelfluren, weil dort zwangsläufig tiefe oder leichte Flecken zu sehen sind, die mich die Stirn runzeln lassen. Aber die Teppiche in den Fluren des Sheraton Hotels sind äußerst ordentlich, und die Panoramafenster, die alle paar Meter in den Fluren aufgestellt sind, sorgen dafür, dass ich mich wohl fühle und meine Stirn entspannt. Obwohl mein Zimmer am Ende des Flurs liegt, ist das beim Gehen nicht der Fall überhaupt langweilig. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind geräumig und sauber, ohne tote Winkel im Sanitärbereich. Ich habe die Badewanne nicht benutzt und das heiße Wasser kam sofort heraus, als die Dusche eingeschaltet wurde, sodass ich nicht warten musste, bis das kalte Wasser aus den Leitungen abfloss. Wenn Sie morgens die Vorhänge öffnen, genießen Sie den grenzenlosen Blick auf das Meer, insbesondere auf den breiten Küstenwander- und Radweg im Erdgeschoss, der Lust macht, ihn auszuprobieren. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges chinesisches und westliches Frühstück. Was mir am besten gefällt, ist, dass der Frühstücksraum auf den Garten blickt. Die wunderschöne Landschaft und das Frühstück sind so entspannend. Im ersten Stock gibt es außerdem ein beheiztes Schwimmbad, wo Sie Ihre Kinder während der Sommerferien mitbringen können. 😊H

Alles war sauber und ordentlich, das Zimmer komfortabel eingerichtet, die Bettwäsche weich und hautfreundlich, und die Ausstattung komplett und bestens gepflegt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt; nach einem langen Reisetag war ich sofort wieder fit und entspannt. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Managerin Sun! Sie ist sympathisch, freundlich, professionell und engagiert. Beim Check-in war sie geduldig und aufmerksam und hat mir hilfreiche Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und den Serviceleistungen des Hotels gegeben. Die Kommunikation war durchweg sehr angenehm. Sie hat sich auch umgehend um alle meine Anliegen gekümmert. Dank ihres aufmerksamen und herzlichen Services habe ich mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. PProfessorJieLaExtremely clean, very large space with excellent aircon and water pressure. The room has an attached ”kitchen”, which I did not know was included! It was a terrific space, and would be especially great for families or large groups. There are no restaurants in this location, only the breakfast facility. Breakfast was Chinese buffet breakfast, with several options and was satisfactory. You can also eat breakfast on their outdoor patio, which was pleasant! Sadly, the coffee shop was not open when I was there. I walked about 15 minutes down the beachfront to another hotel's coffee shop--it was nice but expensive. The location is very close to the bridge leading to Yangma Island and the bus stop is nearby. The beach directly across from the hotel is a giant mud-flat beach. It is NOT a swimming or bathing beach! When tide is in, it is very flat and shallow, when tide is out, it is muddy and you can take a bucket to find little creatures. There is not a good swimming beach at this location, but I took a bus northwest to go swimming. Service was friendly, but non-Chinese guests should use patience--the friendly ladies at the desk do not speak English. They are helpful to find food/snacks/shops nearby. Overall, it feels like staying in a small apartment rather than a hotel, with nice plants around the property and a homey feeling.
