We loved staying in this historic building. The hosts were some of the kindest and most knowledgeable people I’ve met in my travels, and they have an incredible story of discovering this dilapidated former school and lovingly restoring it over the course of a few years. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who is interested in Taishanese history and wants to be a part of the preservation of local heritage. It was so pleasant to enjoy breakfast in the courtyard, and we slept well in the spacious and comfortable room. A peaceful and meaningful place. We plan to visit again.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel wirklich genossen. Die Lage ist super bequem, direkt neben den Landschaftsee und Garten, reichlich von wunderschönen lokalen Lebensmitteln, Backwaren und Komfortgeschäften außerhalb des Hotels. Einfach ein DiDi reservieren und innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten erreichen Sie einige Hauptshops, Kaffeegeschäfte und mehr Restaurants. Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig. Das Reinigungspersonal sorgt für die Reinigung der Zimmer und das Personal am Rezeption sind super freundlich. Das Hotel bietet auch kostenlose Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel 4 Mal während unserer Reise verlängert. Sehr empfohlen.

Die Eltern reisen, das zweite Mal im Dong Fujida Hotel, － Halle 2 Zimmer 4 Personen sind bequem für Eltern zu bleiben, die Zimmeranlagen sind neu, die Einrichtungen sind vollständig sauber und sauber, unten ist das Restaurant, die Gäste sind fast vollständig. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

I had a pleasant stay at the Manley Hotel during my visit to Taishan. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, helpful, and made the experience feel welcoming from check-in to check-out. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options just steps away. Even if you need to head into downtown Taishan, taxis are easy to find and very affordable, making it simple to get around the city. The breakfast offered at the hotel was great, though it’s worth noting that it’s entirely Chinese cuisine—something I personally enjoyed, especially for an authentic local experience. The downside was the laundry dryer— There was only one dryer for 3 washing machines, it didn’t work very efficiently and took about six hours to dry a single load, which was a bit frustrating. The Wi-Fi was also very unreliable, it would connect and then drop constantly. Even when it would work, the speeds would fluctuate. Overall, I’d recommend the Manley Hotel for its excellent service, local charm, and convenient location.

設施：極度老舊，十多年沒住過這樣破的號稱“酒店”的旅館了。頂噴花灑都是壞的！ 衞生：圖中可看：1️⃣藍色的皮面椅子用酒精棉片擦出來多少灰塵 2️⃣馬桶都是黃色的污垢 3️⃣盛放沐浴露的容器，全是凝固在出口的沐浴露和洗髮水 4️⃣空調線下方的衣架，怕是上位租客晾曬後，店家未收拾 5️⃣廁所的衣服架上遺留着拆封了的一次性物品包裝 。綜上所述：住得人膈應。如果衹是陳舊都還好，這是臟！大家謹慎選擇吧。如果不是自己有帶床上用品，當日會扭頭就走。 環境：酒店在飛沙灘景區內，出酒店就是海邊。陽枱面朝大海，可看日出。可是站在陽台就可看見隔壁房間，沒有私隱。隔壁的陽台也可直接跨過來，除非一直待在房間裏鎖住窗户門，不然是沒有安全保障的。女孩子謹慎選擇！ 服務：老闆人還是很好的，店裡也可以提供租車服務。也可以在他們前廳點菜吃飯。

Enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend the location is great across from the park and near old Taishan shopping and ratting! Room is clean, bed is firm and sheets are wonderfully soft. Bathroom roomy. Carpets are clean. The wallpaper in halls is old and furniture slightly dinged, but all is clean. Breakfast was better some days than others. Coffee was awful! The Kareoke outside every night is so bad that it is hilarious! At least they stop at 10 pm every night.
