Thrilling experience I , my sister and 75-year-old parents stayed for 3 nights. Our final night at the hotel was so unpleasant, stressful, uncomfortable and very disappointing. The hotel guard brought 4 policemen to our rooms at 12.30 am. The police knocked the door so hard and wanted to inspect inside our rooms in the middle of the night. We were so afraid. But We decided to open the door and asked them to show their official ID because We were not sure if they are real police officers. However they refused to show their ID and they inspected our parents room instead. We asked the police how can they get inside the hotel, came up and inspect. They told us that the guys next to them was the hotel owner who led them to inspect our rooms. We found out later that he is just a guard. After they left, I came to ask the concierge. The lady at the concierge said she didn’t notice the police had gone up to inspect us. We asked manager to tell their real owner. The owner explained it was a policy that police officer will come and randomly check without noticing. But the problem is how could the hotel guard easily let the officer go up to check us in the middle of the night by not informing the staff at the concierge. We felt so unsafe and could not sleep throughout the night. Our parents felt uncomfortable as well. We were afraid they would get heart attack from this situation so we then asked the responsibilities from the owner. He said he will not responsible and we couldn’t blame him because it is china policy. This means that anybody can get inside hotel and can go up to every floor easily without permission. It is so unsafe. From my opinion , I do not recommend if you are alone or if you are girls, or traveling with old parents because this hotel has no security system. Only two positive comments I can say is 24hr laundry room and good assistance of the lady at concierge (Miss Lin). We booked the room that supposed to have refrigerator. But there is no refrigerator in our room. Ms.Lin solved the problem for us immediately. We were very impressed.

安心又暖心 這次帶娃來普寧吃吃喝喝，入住星辰麗致酒店真的太省心了！從進門開始就感受到滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐不僅禮貌熱情，辦理入住的速度也很快，全程耐心解答我們的問題，讓人特別安心。房間乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位。床品柔軟親膚，我們特意選了親子房型，空間寬敞，衞浴乾濕分離，還有專門的小童洗漱用品，細節滿滿，讓帶娃的我們省心不少。酒店的公共區域也很安全，走廊和電梯都有防滑設計，地理位置絕佳，離我們打卡的普寧大院、春滿園等美食店都很近，打車幾分鐘就到，帶娃出行毫無壓力。酒店正對面就是普寧國際服裝城，女兒“斥巨資”給全家人都買了衣服，皆大歡喜。這裏都是讓人放心的選擇，下次再來普寧，還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！✨

Die Temperatur des Essens ( Frühstück ) nicht gut , am ersten Tag hatte ich , was sehr gut 👍Aber am nächsten Tag , das Essen war kalt , das Sojabohnen-Trink wurde verdünnt . Nicht halten den Standard Ein Bereich, den ich besonders hervorheben möchte , ist : Das Personal sollte nicht mit dem Essen und dem Kunden gleichzeitig essen ! Vielen Dank für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit !

it was an excellent stay, the hotel has clean roooms, one of the best hospitality i had ever experienced, specially the front desk staff will make you feel right at home, safety in this hotel is exceptional and i will suggest everyone to book this place for an outstanding experience

Below expectations to say the least. Booked for its location and in that aspect, it didn't disappoint. Near a busy night market and other rated food options. The hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen is very suspect as we spotted a cockroach at the dining area and reported to the staff without much urgency. It's a hotel that shows every bit of its age despite a renewal, amenities did not match other chain hotels at comparable price points. The service quality of its reception was also quite lackluster.

It’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! Thank you very much for the service rendered! Kudos to the hotel who had such a great team!

Geschäftsreisende wie ich waren vom Hillman Sleep Well Hotel absolut begeistert! Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers umfing mich ein dezenter, beruhigender Duft – kein aufdringlicher Chemiegeruch, sondern ein natürlicher, erfrischender Duft, der sofort Müdigkeit linderte und mir sogar das Atmen erleichterte. Die größte Überraschung war das KI-gestützte, intelligente Nackenstützkissen. Es bot perfekte Unterstützung sowohl beim Schlafen auf dem Rücken als auch auf der Seite und fühlte sich an, als würde mein Nacken sanft gebettet, wodurch die Verspannungen, die ich sonst in Hotels habe, komplett verschwanden. Vor dem Schlafengehen öffnete ich die Schlafhilfe-Packung und legte das Kräutersäckchen unter das Kissen. Der dezente Kräuterduft half mir sofort einzuschlafen, obwohl ich mich sonst im Schlaf viel hin und her wälze. Ich wachte erfrischt auf und meine Augenringe waren deutlich weniger sichtbar! Dieser zusätzliche Service war so aufmerksam; ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv für meine nächste Geschäftsreise wählen.

Fantastically big and luxurious room Awesome desk Amazingly large and nice shower, and water worked decently, good showerhead Service of room was friendly, flexible, helpful Unbeatable location 🙌 Bad points: - Aircon couldn't get the room colder than 23C. For many people that might be enough. But I need at least below 21C, ideally. - a microwave somewhere in the building (ideally in the room) would be nice - and a mini fridge in the room - personally I'm also a fan of automatic curtains. Call me lazy :)

Schönes Hotel, freundliches Front Desk Personal sind hilfreich, um Fremden Beratung und Anleitungen zu bieten. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und schön. Das Hotelpersonal hat eine gute Arbeit geleistet. Es gibt freie Selbsthilfe Waschmaschine, aber die Lage ist auf dem Dach und ist spohnhaft, um in der Nacht zu gehen, die Nachtzeit vermeiden.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist alt und isoliert. Das beunruhigende ist, dass die Sensorlampen des Zimmers nicht ausschalten können. Die Schlafzimmer sind glänzend und am Abend. Das ist sehr schlecht. Darüber hinaus ist der Parfüm im Hall und im Korridor zu schwer! Aber das Hotel ist einfach zu parken und das Frühstück ist auch gut.
