We spent 3 nights at Luo Han Lin Hotel, perched high in the mountains of the Luo Han Lin range, and honestly? It was exactly the kind of escape I didn't know I needed. 📍 Location & Vibe: Nature's Own Air Conditioning The hotel sits at about 1900 meters above sea level, deep within a forest that covers 98% of the surrounding area. Summer temperatures hover between 18°C–25°C (64°F–77°F)—no AC needed, even in August. The air is so clean it almost tastes sweet. 🛏 The Room: Waking Up Inside a Painting: I booked a family room, and the massive wraparound balcony was the real showstopper. Every morning, I'd step out to see clouds rolling through the valley below, with the sunrise painting the ridges in gold and pink. Evenings were just as magical—sunsets that turned the sky into a slow-burning fire. The room itself was modern and well-thought-out: smart controls, excellent water pressure, a spacious walk-in shower, and that crisp mountain chill seeping in at night. It feels less like a chain hotel and more like a quiet gallery in the clouds. --- 💁 Service & Amenities: Warmth in Every Detail From check-in to check-out, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Housekeeping was thorough and unobtrusive. There's also a small gym, a quiet reading lounge, and a kids' play area—so it works for couples, solo travelers, and families alike. For lunch and dinner, the hotel kitchen serves solid Sichuan cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. --- 📸 Nearby Gems Worth the Walk · Luzhou Peak Viewing Platform (~1 km walk) – sunrise and sea of clouds, hands down --- ⚠️ A Tiny Heads-Up If you're staying on the ground floor, keep the screen door closed—mountain ecology is very active, and a few friendly bugs might wander in at night. If that bothers you, ask for an upper floor when booking. --- Final Verdict: These 3 nights felt like a full system reboot. If you're looking for a summer getaway that's actually cool, quiet, and surrounded by nothing but green peaks and drifting clouds—Luo Han Lin Hotel is worth every mile of the drive up. I left with a full camera roll, clear lungs, and a much calmer mind. 👉 Would I go back? Yes, Without hesitation.

和朋友一起來瀘州，在高鐵上臨時選擇的這家酒店，真的很不錯。到店辦理入住時前台小姐姐小文很熱情的接待了我們，給我們安排好房間後贈送了歡迎水果，看到我們是三位入住還主動贈送了一份早餐，由於訂單是組合套餐第一晚是庭院雙，第二晚是雅緻雙，小姐姐也有主動提出第二晚如果有庭院雙可以原房間續住，真的特別感謝，主動性以及服務態度都特別特別好👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。 庭院雙床，房間裏面有個小院兒，是下沉式的，可能採光會缺一點，到店是下午快晚上了這個倒是不影響。 第二天的早餐中西結合式的，我們起來的有點晚，米線已經沒了，但是抄手也很好吃😋😋😋。 吃完早餐到前台辦理續住還是小文接待的我們，表示房間可以原房續住，剛出門就碰到了已入住的另外一位客人跟我們諮詢酒店的情況，表示自己也是預訂的雙床，告知這位姐姐庭院雙採光可能會缺一點，這個姐姐就回前台可能告知需要換房也説出了我們的反饋的問題，沒想到前台小姐姐小文主動來電詢問我們的需求，，並提出幫我們更換房間，真的很驚喜！！！出門玩到下午回來時，房間空調是幫我們打開的，進門瞬間洗去一身的疲憊與悶熱，更讓我們感到驚喜的是床頭櫃上擺放了三個眼罩，因為昨晚我們睡覺都是使用了眼罩，沒想小姐姐如此細心的發現了這個小問題，真的很開心～再次給小文小姐姐點贊👍🏻更換的房間也特別的好，特別特別滿意ദ്ദി（˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ） ✧辛苦啦～

Es gab ein Problem mit der Adresse, die in der Informationsseite trip.com angegeben wurde (es sollte aktualisiert werden). Außer, dass sie uns einen hervorragenden Service angeboten und uns in ein besonders ruhiges und besseres Zimmer aufgebaut als das ursprünglich gebucht. Auch das Nachmittagsthee und Fußbad sind zusätzliche Dienstleistungen im Buchungspreis enthalten. Eine große Wahl zu bleiben in Luzhou.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. Although I didn’t go for the breakfast, it looked well-prepared and had a good variety. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and would definitely consider staying again.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sehr komfortabel, sauber, dekorativer Stil ist auch gut, das Bett ist auch weich, sehr gut schlafen, die Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sind getrennt, das Hotelzimmer hat eine intelligente Kontrolle, viele Süßwaren unten, und es gibt auch bequeme Ladestellen, Parkplatz ist auch sehr bequem, und das kostenlose Frühstück wird bereitgestellt, Alles ist gut.

Had an amazing experience with this hotel room. It was very high quality, very clean, and very big. I was even able to enjoy a spa in the bathroom. The living room and dining room were very large. The price of the presidential suite was also not bad at all. The staff were very friendly and helped me out whenever I asked. The free breakfast was quite a nice touch. The location was close to all the major sections of the city I wanted to visit Overall, wonderful experience

Die Service-Einstellung ist voll, das Hotel ist alt, aber sauber. Der Bereich ist gut zu finden, im Schritt nach oben und auf der anderen Seite, durch den Platz kommt man, umgeben von einem Wohngebiet ist sehr ruhig

Für: In der Nähe des Supermarktplatzes und zahlreicher Straßen-Essensplätze. Personal versuchte, Ihnen das Beste zu dienen. Kons: Trotz seines Namens ist der Bahnhof nicht so nah. Sie müssen einen Taxi nehmen (oder 30 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Eincheckprozess für Ausländer wird sehr müde sein (Wir mussten 40 Minuten in der Hotellobby mit zwei extrem müde Kinder warten, von der Mitarbeiter über viele Dinge gefragt werden. Wir wurden gefragt ”Warum Sie hier besucht haben”, ich dachte, dies ist eine sehr reitende Frage. Das Hotel sollte Gäste begrüßen, anstatt sie zu verhören, besonders wenn sie nach einem langen Tag super müde sind. Ich bin nicht der Mitarbeiter schuldig, weil sie scheinen, was sie zu tun haben (Protokoll, ich vermute), aber wir haben in keinem der anderen Hotels in China so verhört, dass ich nicht sicher warum. Ein weiterer Unannehmlichkeiten ist, dass die Waschmaschine keine Trockner hat.. Wir haben nach der Verwendung der Waschmaschine eine Menge nass gekleidet.. So beachten Sie.

The hotel is fairly fine, very spacious, it has vintage vibes. It’s old but comfortable. The bed was very hard, and it was very noisy, there’s a grandma that was always shouting and screaming at whomever, the cars as well can be disturbing but only if you are a sensitive sleeper like me. I enjoyed the Chinese breakfast, I hope they can add juice because not everyone drinks milk, since is the only option. There’s no iron so it’s best you come with yours, because some of my clothes needed to be ironed. The hotel is affordable, I stayed for 3 nights.

It was absolutely fabulous! Breakfast was diverse and tasty, the room was cleaned and spacious, and the hotel was in walking distance of monuments, perfectly placed for a nice walk. All the workers there were friendly and very helpful, would absolutely go back 10/10🙂↕️🫶🏼
