Great place to stay. The location is close to Jinan railways station and K88 neaby malls. The room and toilet is clean (no bidet). I chose the non-smoking room and the room is clear from any cigarette smoke. However, there are people smoking in the corridor at night and the cigarette smoke enters the room. For someone who’s very sensitive to cigarette smoke, it’s not a convenient place to stay.

Zimmer: Gutes Größenzimmer, 6/F teilweise renoviert (vor allem Elektrizität, Teppiche), 4/F nicht getan. Sie haben eine Exekutivlounge, es ist nur eine Lounge, keine Vorteile, die Sie in anderen Hotels erhalten. Ausstattung: 2/F hat Pooltisch, Tischtennis, Karte/Mahjong-Zimmer, Fitnessraum; Boden B1 hat einen riesigen Pool. Alle ziemlich beschäftigt, da sie Mitglieder der Öffentlichkeit zu bezahlen, um zu nutzen. Frühstück: Gut, einige westliche Optionen. RMB40/pax im Hotel. Lage: Perfekt. einfach zu Daming Lake, Kuanhouli, Black Tiger Spring, Geschäfte. Es ist auf der Route des Touristenshuttlebus, der kostet RMB5/day und geht zu allen Hauptsites. Häufig in Wochenenden, weniger so Wochentage. Restaurants: Viele rund um das Hotel. Süden zu Malls auf Quancheng Road, wo es vieles von allem, was Sie essen können, Hotpot und BBQ. Auch Süden zu Kuanhouli, die Snackstraße und einige gute Restaurants (Huixian Floor Restaurant). Nord ist das berühmte Shandong Restaurant: Kui Sheng Ju. Es gab immer eine Warteschlange, so dass wir in ein ähnliches Restaurant über die Straße von ihm gingen. Auch neben ihm ist das Jia Chuan Min Guangzhou Restaurant, das hervorragend ist. Service: Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Dusche auf 6/F, da der Wasserdruck sehr niedrig war oder nur ganz abgeschnitten. Zunächst baten wir das Personal des Front Desk, es zu sortieren, aber nicht viel passierte. Dann fragte der Dienstleiter und er war sehr hilfreich und bewegte uns zu einer Suite auf der 4/F. Wenn Sie also ein Problem haben, stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie eine Person in Autorität fragen und der Service wird ausgezeichnet. Sprache: Mandarin nur Wird sicher noch einmal darüber nachdenken, ob wir wieder nach Jinan zurückkehren.

Der Transport ist relativ bequem. Es gibt einen direkten Bus zum Jinan Ostbahnhof, der mit dem Taxi mehr als zehn Minuten dauert. Sauber und hygienisch, guter Service, der Abholfahrer war beschäftigt, die Taxifahrt wurde erstattet und das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Das Waschbecken befindet sich außerhalb des Badezimmers, was nicht praktisch ist. Einziges Manko ist, dass sich die Metrolinie 6 im Bau befindet. Das wusste ich bei der Reservierung noch nicht. Die Schalldämmwirkung des Zimmers ist durchschnittlich und der Lärm relativ laut, was die Ruhe beeinträchtigt.

As a foreigner on a solo business trip to China, when my phone couldn't connect to the local network, it meant I had no way to pay for anything. I couldn't buy food, couldn't get around, and was completely cut off from the outside world. I was filled with a sense of helplessness being alone in a foreign land. Upon hearing this, the hotel staff immediately contacted a nearby China Unicom service center where I could get a SIM card using my passport. The next morning, Ms. Chu Yi from the front desk, concerned about my language barrier and difficulty getting around, proactively offered to accompany me to the service center to help with the procedures. The moment my phone successfully connected to the network, what I felt was not just the restoration of a signal, but a profound sense of relief. This warmth continued throughout my entire stay: the housekeeping staff thoughtfully prepared a power adapter in my room; the restaurant staff enthusiastically recommended delicious and agreeable dishes during my meals. From Chu Yi's exceptional initiative at the front desk to the meticulous and warm service from housekeeping and the restaurant, your actions perfectly embodied the meaning of ”a home away from home.” This transcends nationality—it's all about heartfelt care. Jinan is a warm city, but Atour is even warmer. On all my future business trips to China, I will definitely choose to stay at Atour. I wish Atour and the wonderful Ms. Chu Yi all the best

We stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. Pros: 1. The reception staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean and tidy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 2. There is a convenient underground parking area in the building, and it also supports electric vehicle charging, which is a big plus. 3. The breakfast was generally good. It is advertised as European and Chinese breakfast, but in reality it is more Chinese-style. However, the food was still tasty and enjoyable. 4. Another big plus is that pets are allowed. A deposit of 300 CNY is required, and that’s all—no other complications. Cons: 1. The windows in the room were quite dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, which affected the overall impression. 2. A more serious issue was the elevators. The hotel is located inside a residential building, so the elevators are shared with residents and staff. Even though there are four elevators (three were operating), we had to wait a long time at any time of the day, which was quite inconvenient. 3. Another downside is that there is no iron or steamer available. If you need to straighten your clothes, there is no option for that in the hotel. Overall: In general, the hotel left a good impression thanks to its cleanliness, friendly staff, and pet-friendly policy, but there are some noticeable practical inconveniences that are worth considering.

Das Aufenthaltsgefühl ist besonders gut, der Raum ist groß und die Einrichtungen sind auch sehr gut. Besonders die Trailer sind besonders solide, nicht wie die einmaligen Trailer anderer Hotels, es ist nicht bequem zu gehen, dieser Trailer ist sehr gut! Und der Rezeption-Pool-Service ist besonders freundlich, die Nachfrage kann rechtzeitig helfen, das Gesamtpreisniveau ist super hoch, komfortabel und frei zu leben, zu zufrieden!

Ich habe die Marke gebeten, ihn in meinem Büro zu platzieren.
