Familiegetaway Zunächst war ich überrascht, dass wir schon lange vor 2 Uhr, sobald wir um Mittag ankamen, begrüßt und geprüft wurden. Die nächste große Sache war, dass der Empfangsmann uns bei der Swimming-Zimmer geholfen hat, als wir ein King-Size-Bett reserviert haben, aber für die Familie von vier war es ein wenig ungünstig, so in 10 Minuten hatten wir ein geräumiges Zimmer mit 2 breiten Betten. So war der Nachtschlaf unvereinbar. Die Lage - von der ersten Blick - sah etwas seltsam, coz ist eigentlich das Hotel Teil des größeren Wohngebiets, obwohl multi-Store-häuser noch in der Entwicklungsphase und nicht vollständig bewohnt. Aber am zweiten Tag, als wir das gesamte Gebiet erforschten, fanden wir heraus, dass es sehr viel schlimmere Bezirke mit völlig beschädigten Straßen, verlassenen Strukturen und hinter den Unternehmen zurückliegen. Nach diesem schrecklichen Bild habe ich meinen ursprünglichen Eindruck geändert und muss sagen, das Hotel ist nur für Familie und perfekte Ruhe. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit während der Bade und auch der heiße Frühlingsplatz ist nicht groß, wir zählen nicht weniger als 20 Badetuben mit einem großen Anteil an aromatischen und pflanzlichen Zusatzstoffen, so dass Sie den Duft genießen können während das Bad. In der Zwischenzeit können Sie auch verschiedene pflanzliche Tee oder Wasser in der Bar saugen oder einen Nap auf der heißen Steinplattform haben. Kälter Ort für Kinder auch, mit separatem Pool, Mini-Aqua-Park, Schwimmbad für Erwachsene war auch schön, wenn auch nicht die richtige Säsong für Schwimmbad. Schöner Spielplatz für Säuglinge und Snooker Tische für Erwachsene. Wir haben auch das Frühstück geliebt, viele Optionen, darunter europäisches Essen und Kaffee. Vielleicht war einer der besten Vorteile der Auswahl dieses Hotels die Nähe zum wunderschönen Bergpark, auch für Familien mit jungen Kindern. Die zigzag-Bergstraße, die Panoramablicke und die Wanderwege waren einfach erstaunlich. Reisen in diesem Bereich bedeutet, dass Sie lokale Lebensmittel versuchen können, die sind Gewürze, Hühner und Hausgeflügel, Flussfisch und die Haupt- lokale Spezialität- Reis gekocht im Bamboobaum. Alles geschmackvoll.

I stayed at Regal Palace Resort with my girlfriend and her family, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience especially as a place to spend proper downtime together rather than just a quick hotel stay. The hotel itself is impressive in scale. It has that classic luxury resort feel big open spaces, landscaped grounds, and a slightly grand, almost old-school style. It’s not ultra modern, but it feels established and well put together, which actually suited the atmosphere of a family trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and importantly, clean. Nothing overly flashy, but everything worked as it should. When you’re staying with family, that matters more than design trends everyone was comfortable, and there was plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. What stood out most for me was the environment. It’s quite peaceful, especially compared to busier city hotels. Walking around the grounds, sitting outside, or just spending time by the pool felt like a proper break. It’s the kind of place where you can actually switch off a bit. Since I was there with my girlfriend’s family, the overall vibe of the hotel worked really well. It’s definitely more suited to groups, families, or longer stays rather than a quick one night business stop. There’s enough space and facilities that everyone can do their own thing without it feeling crowded. Food was decent good variety, and easy to find something for everyone, which again is important when you’re with a group. Service was solid too staff were polite and helpful, even with the language barrier at times. If I had to be critical, parts of the hotel could probably do with a bit of updating. You can tell it’s been around for a while, and in some areas it shows slightly. But it didn’t take away from the experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at Renaissance Huizhou We had an exceptional 5‑star experience at the Renaissance Huizhou from the moment we arrived until we checked out five days later. As soon as our car pulled up to the lobby, Lai Zhifei (赖志飞) greeted us with genuine warmth and helped us with our luggage, providing a luggage ticket before we headed to the check‑in counter. The receptionist welcomed us with a smile, and like many staff members throughout the hotel—whether at the front desk, reception, or the buffet—he was impressively bilingual. Check‑in was quick and seamless. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a fantastic view. It was fresh, spacious, and perfectly maintained. Within minutes, our luggage was delivered and placed neatly in the walk‑in closet. The hotel was wonderfully quiet at night, and we slept incredibly well—the bed, bedding, and especially the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay. After being seated, the host immediately offered coffee, tea, or another beverage. Having lived in China for many years, I can confidently say this is the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever enjoyed. During this visit, one breakfast item I usually look forward to wasn’t available due to the Chinese New Year holiday. I mentioned it to guest services on WeChat, and shortly afterward, Mercedes, the Director of Rooms, personally called to explain. To my surprise, the item was delivered to my room the next day—complimentary. Mercedes is elegant, attentive, and clearly dedicated to ensuring every guest enjoys a 5‑star experience. Because my wife’s family lives in Huizhou, we visit often, and I’ve stayed at several hotels in the area. None come close to the Renaissance Huizhou's quality, comfort, and service.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the overall service, cleanliness, and comfort. Die Schüssel im Zimmer ist groß und tief. Auch wenn es regnet, können die Kinder im Zimmer Spaß haben. Das Innenhaus des Hotels ist auch sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind nicht so schlimm wie es in den Kommentaren gesagt wurde. Am Mittag ist das Wetter immer noch unvorstellbar, sonst wird es sicherlich eine Tour in der Nähe von Shihechi.

Die gesamte Umgebung ist ruhig und wohltuend, sowohl die Ausstattung als auch der Service sind ausgezeichnet. Es ist eine perfekte Wahl, um der Stadt zu entfliehen und sich zu entspannen.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the sea. Waking up every morning to such a beautiful ocean view made our vacation even more special. The swimming pools were fantastic, well-maintained, and suitable for both adults and children. The resort also offers excellent facilities, including beautifully landscaped gardens, relaxing lounge areas, a private beach, and plenty of recreational activities that made every day enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Every team member was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Their exceptional hospitality made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The only small downside was that the breakfast buffet could have offered more variety. While the food was fresh and tasty, we would have appreciated a wider selection each morning.
