Beautiful resort with great facilities for the whole family. They had a variety of activities planned for the day for both children and adults too. Their hot springs are everything. The service was amazing and the staff super helpful and friendly. It is a little far from a few places so you’ll have to do almost everything there which isnt a problem because they have loads to do. The buffet was pretty decent, they did have a variety of dishes to choose from.

Das Zimmer, fantastisch!! 👏👍 Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön, aber es ist schade, dass es einen unfertigen Teil des Resorts gibt, der noch nicht fertiggestellt ist und nirgendwo erwähnt wird. Der Blick vom Balkon war auch sehr schön!! Das Personal hat den Bedarf an Englischkenntnissen erkannt und sich darum gekümmert. Schade, dass es keinen richtigen Erwachsenenbereich oder Erwachsenenpool gibt. Das Frühstück entsprach etwas nicht den Erwartungen für den Preis und auch die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen war nicht so gut. Auch das Teilen von Tischen ist nicht das, was man für diesen Preis erwartet.

I visited Huidong Island Resort with my boyfriend for his birthday, and unfortunately, our experience wasn't great. The biggest challenge was the language barrier - we don't speak Chinese, and it made navigating the resort extremely difficult. The resort's location seemed promising, but we encountered a significant issue with a local woman who scammed us for a boat ride. We were asked to pay 30RMB (the actual cost to the captain) and then she demanded an additional 200RMB to her own account. The language barrier made the situation confusing, and we only realized we'd been scammed after she had left. It was a disappointing start to our trip. Trying to make the best of it, we headed to the ocean for a swim the next day. However, after about 20 minutes, we were asked to exit the water due to a potential typhoon approaching. To add to the disappointment, the swimming pool was closed, and many amenities we had expected to be available weren't operational. This was pretty disappointing given they were part of why we chose the resort. On the bright side, the hotel room itself was very nice, and the breakfast was good. But overall, our experience fell short of expectations, largely due to the communication challenges and unavailability of advertised amenities. Would I recommend? Maybe not without significant improvements in addressing language barriers and ensuring advertised services are available. For travelers who speak Chinese or are prepared for such challenges, it might be a different story.

The Queen room with sea view was beautiful!! Very spacious and clean to the highest standards! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby has a place to buy coffee and snacks and there’s also a nice little tea area where we sat down to have a quiet cup of tea. If you have the added bonus of included breakfast there are a variety of options. Would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Huizhou!!

這次入住體驗超出預期，酒店地理位置十分優越，出門步行不到2分鐘就能直達沙灘，隨時隨地可以下海散步、踏浪遊玩，出行特別省心。房間是絕佳海景視野，傍晚無需出門，在樓頂陽台靜靜坐等海上日落，落日把海面暈染成温柔的橘紅色，整片晚霞美不勝收，隨手一拍都是絕美大片。超級巴適！酒店設計很有特色，聖託里尼風格。整棟純白，弧形牆很療愈。客房打掃得乾乾淨淨，角落都沒有污漬，衞生品質讓人安心。工作人員全程熱情有禮貌，辦理入住高效，有需求響應迅速。早餐海鮮麪口味不錯。看着海景享用早餐，一整天心情都很愜意，不管休閑度假都很合適，性價比很高，下次來海邊還會選擇這家。

酒店前台服務員熱情周到，有問必答非常有耐心，還主動給我房間升到了海景房，在房間裏就能看見大海，真的太棒了。房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全，裝修也很新。酒店位置非常好，到海灘步行衹要幾分鐘就到了，周邊吃的也很多，以後去玩還會住他家。

When checkin hotel, I feel that they don't have enough experience for foreigners with many cases. But JK is working for the front-desk and he tried to help whenever I have some questions. He was best & best service for us. Thanks for his effort during staying for 3 days. Hotel is not busy due to no eason. Agreed that this hotel is for Instagrammable Hotels in Huizhou as Trip.com marked. Nice view. But total 3 buidings are doing construction. only one hotel is working. There is only one resturant in hotel but Chinese menu with no photo & no room service. So we went there every time during staying for 3 days. When I reviewed the website of Ctrip, it seems to be very close between hotel & beach. But it's so far to go to beach by walk even if they are serving the electric cart. There are many nails in the room insted of fixing tower hanger in bathroom, No drawing in room(just nails on bed & desk). And no handle inside shower booth. And there are many molds the end of each corner on ceiling. Also smells like mold if Airconditioner turn off. I am sure this hotel will be nice in the future when other 3 buildings open.

About clean - all furniture ; shelf, cupboard, kitchen and etc… was clean but except floor, the floor was very dusty, was disgusting to walk barefoot, we were need to wear flip-flops ☹️ everywhere ver you go in the room, was pretty inconvenient

Die Lage ist abgeschlossen, sehr nahe am Meer, ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Das Zimmer sieht den Meerblick sehr gut und das Bett ist auch sehr komfortabel. Die Schönheit ist, das Badwasser zu waschen, unverzüglich kalt und warm, und manchmal wird das Wasser brechen. Die Leitung muss lange warten, wenn viele Leute lange laufen. Es ist nicht sehr bequem, um etwas zu kaufen, und es wird empfohlen, etwas zu kaufen im Voraus. Zum Schluss kommt man für eine Nacht zum Spielen, das Gefühl, dass die Meeresszene gut ist, kleine Probleme können akzeptiert werden.

Das Aufenthaltserlebnis über die Erwartungen hinaus, die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig, das Zimmer ist sauber und die Einrichtungen sind voll und ganz bedienbar. Die Leiter sind wunderschön und warm und kommunizieren intim und sorgfältig, treffen Sie die Dinge aktiv, um zu koordinieren, der Service ist sehr warm und der Gesamtpreis ist gut, es ist ein sehr angenehmes Aufenthalt.
