Very impressed with this hotel in Xingsha. Excellent facilities, room and bed was fantastic , reception very helpful. Has a simple bar and its own hotel drop off . Reception on the 6th floor. Even has a nice swimming pool .

Das Zimmer im Allgemeinen ist immer noch gut, die Einrichtungen sind relativ vollständig, die Intelligenz ist nicht schlecht, die Gesundheit ist auch gut gemacht, die Umgebung ist auch relativ gut, der Verkehr ist bequem, der Service ist auch sehr gut, zufrieden

Das Zimmer ist gut konzipiert mit hochwertigen Materialien und Funktionen wie elektronischen Gürteln und wärmebehandelten Toiletten. Aber was wirklich noch mehr herauskommt ist die Qualität des Services. Das Personal war hilfreich, obwohl ich nicht Chinesisch sprach. Kommunikation erfolgt vor allem über Wechat. Management prüft oft mit den Gästen, um sicherzustellen, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Auch wenn der Roboter zu beschäftigt ist, um Lieferung in dein Zimmer zu machen, ist das Personal bereit, an seiner Stelle. Ich sehe, warum dieses Hotel seine hervorragende Bewertung verdient.

來長沙旅遊住的這家大床房真的挖到寶了，房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，隔音效果也不錯。前台高姑娘服務專業，是我此次給予該酒店滿分評價的主要原因，有問題找她回覆都超快。再次感謝她的幫助，謝謝，有機會來長沙下次還會入住，酒店離商圈很近，出門逛吃特別方便，整體住着自在又舒服，很適合年輕人出行入住。

The room was big enough for 3 person. There is nearby metro station near the hotel which made it easy for us to go around. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants and groceries around so it is very convenient to eat. The checkin and checkout is also easy as they already use smart lock in their rooms. They just need to improve their customer service to know how they can help their guest. We tried to avail the taxi service that they offer by informing them in advance but we got the impression that they are not willing to help arrange for us. We just took taxi by ourselves near the bus station. Overall, we still enjoy our stay at Changsha.

Dieses Hotel in Changsha wird zwar etwas von der Stadt entfernt empfohlen, aber ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist die U-Bahnstation und der Transporterservice. Der kleine Bruder und Schwesterservice im Geschäft ist besonders 👍🏻. Wenn die Unterkunftsumgebung und die Bedingungen höher sind, können wir alle die U-Bahn befahren, Wenn Sie zu spät zurückkommen, schlagen Sie ein Windkraftwagen, der nicht teuer ist, und Sie schlagen einen Hauptspieler, der die Provinz spenden sollte.

Ich habe gerade ein Europa-Visum beantragt. Oh mein Gott, es war so komfortabel und der Service war so gut, dass ich beiläufig gesagt habe, dass es mir etwas kalt sei Ein Kaschmirschal und lass mich gehen. Lege ihn einfach lässig auf den Hocker. Die Gerichte sind frisch und abwechslungsreich und der Raum ist groß und komfortabel

Die zufriedeneste Ein- und Ausreiseerfahrung, die sich nicht in allen Aspekten auswählen kann, ist ein Problem! Der Service der Miss Rezeption ist sehr intim, verwandt zu sein und schnell zu verwalten. Die allgemeine Umgebung des Hotels ist sauber, die öffentliche Umgebung und die Gästezimmer sind täglich sauber, das Badezimmer ist trocken und hat keinen Geschmack und die Atmosphäre des Wohnsitzes ist sehr gut. Der Mehrwertdienst ist zu hoch: kostenlose Übertragung zur Lösung des Reiseproblems, intelligente Roboter, tägliche Lieferungen, Neues und Sparsames; Autofahrer können kostenlos parken, die Plätze sind ausreichend, ohne dass es zu viel bedarf. Das Frühstück ist weit über dem Preis des Hotels, die Gerichte sind vielfältig, der Geschmack ist online, die Speisen sind frisch. Intimer Service, saubere Umgebung, reichhaltige Zubehör-Stecker sind alle zusammen, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhöht, die erste Wahl der Reise-Unterkunft, wurde für Partner empfohlen, das nächste Mal wieder in der Region zu leben!

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!
