Great hotel. Super clean and staff is great.  Very convenient location right at the airport.

The reason I gave lower score on service was that I booked this room specifically because it was “1 King POOLSIDE ROOM - DIRECT POOL ACCESS” And I got there late, like minutes before 11PM but booked room around 7PM. The man at front desk was kind and quick and gave me my cards for suite saying 3rd floor. When I got into suite I gave my son a bath and then went to look out window and saw the parking lot. I was like ***. So I called front desk and lady answered and I was like *** and explained it and she apologized and said that the suite I was supposed to get had plumbing issues so they ‘upgraded’ my suite instead. Saying it’s the executive suite which is much bigger (online cost $5-$10 more than one with poolside/pool access). I asked if it was really an upgrade if it didn’t have access to pool? Again she apologized, and I said well I think I should have been called or emailed stating that after booking and given the option to have a refund or choice of ‘upgrade’, or at the least those offers when I came to front desk! Not go to suite without telling me and me getting settled bathing my son before noticing ***. Was not impressed by that at all as I would’ve asked for refund instead since I booked it for that specific purpose, direct pool access. Aside from that upset the suite was incredibly nice, could’ve used a box of Kleenex for each room, but everything was clean and they let me do a 12pm check out (not free obviously). Breakfast was included and it was buffet/continental that was so much better than expected and really great with many many options. All the staff were nice and friendly. Aside from not being told about my suite being unavailable and not given option for upgrade or refund both at time of booking AND at front desk when checking in, I would’ve given 5star rating. The location would be ideal if I was travelling to Winnipeg given how close it is to airport, but I live here so it not being closer to home is not ideal, which any hotel around the airport would’ve rated that the same. Photos of room I should’ve got though layout was the same, but the view was not.

Most impressive thing is cleanliness. Good view. Free coffee at the lobby every day. It’s close to a mall where a good court locates that provides various food at good price. Shops offer good deals.

Nice room, great location, very comfy bed! The room we were initially given had a strong smell...it was a pet friendly room, so possibly dog pee. We told the front desk of the issue, and we were immediately given a new room which was great. Very convenient for my husband to walk over to the airport for his early morning flight. We also had dinner at the hotel next door, which is connected by a tunnel...great dinner and we didnt even have to walk out in the rain 😊

Booked using trip.com app. Third stay at this location. Great location. Good parking. Efficient check-in. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower had great power and wall mounted shampoos and washes were a nice touch. Buffet breakfast including various fruit, hot and cold cereals, yogurts, bacon, turkey sausage (and more) was tasty. Service at breakfast by several young ladies was friendly and attentive. We loved speaking to Ruby who is a wonderful ambassador of hospitality for the Inn. Check out was fast and easy. Thank you to all! Will be back soon!

Der schlechteste Service, den ich je in einem Hotel erhalten habe. Am Dienstagnachmittag ließ ich eine Kleidung für trockene Reinigung ab und das Front Desk nie gehalten, ihr Versprechen, zu folgen und zu bestätigen, dass es bereit wäre für meine Abreise. Schlimmer, nach dem zweiten Tag schien niemand sich dessen bewusst zu sein, was mit meiner trockenen Reinigung passiert war. Er schloss sich meine Pläne ändern und Treffen verschieben, um zu hoffen, dass meine Kleidung es rechtzeitig am Tag meiner Abreise machen. Glücklicherweise tat es es, aber ich habe endlich für eine spät zurückzuzahlende Mietwagen gezahlt. Ich habe keine Entschuldigung von niemandem im Hotel erhalten.

Der einzige Grund zur Reinigung ist 3 bewertet, ist, weil unser Zimmer einen Geruch hatte (nicht schlecht, es könnte nur die Reinigungsprodukte), außer dass es sauber war. Es liegt an den Rand von Winnipeg, die schön ist für das Ausfahren aus der Stadt. Der Service war großartig, jeder von den Arbeitern bis zu den Leuten, die sich auf dem Aufenthalt war freundlich, es ist eine sehr willkommene und warme Umgebung. Wir endeten mit einem oberen Stockraum und konnten in die „Motel“-Stilzimmer, die sehr geschätzt wurde, bewegen. Das Frühstück, das mit dem Hotel kommt, übersteigt wirklich unsere Erwartungen, REAL Eier, die schlimmsten Hashbraunen, und der Toast war Bacon war auch gut. Sie hatten einen interessanten Cinnamon-Bohnen-Französisch Toast, dass ich sicherlich nächstes Mal versucht. Sie haben ein Pantry/kleinem Komfort in der Lobby, und ich würde sagen, die Preise sind vernünftig, würden sie sicherlich mehr erwarten. Auf der Unterseite sind die Betten auf der stifteren Seite, aber die Pilze sind von guter Qualität. Dies wäre nicht meine erste Wahl, in Winnipeg wieder zu kommen, sondern für den Preis und gutes Essen enthalten, es ist Top #5.

Immediately after checkout, I got messages from my bank that this establishment was trying to steal funds from my account. 4 separate amounts within 7 hours. Thieves and charlatans work here. They use the credit card number that is sent to them through via third party apps and steal random large amounts from unsuspecting guests and they cat ch their flights and fly far away. They also haven’t released my security deposit yet so, be wary of this place.

Sie verstehen, dass sie derzeit einen kostenlosen Aufenthalt für Obdachlose bieten, aber dies sollte in der Beschreibung deutlich mitgeteilt werden. Wir hatten einen Schock im Lobby, als es plötzlich Obdachlose im Rechner gibt, einer mit vielen Scars auf seinem Gesicht machte Probleme und Cops mit Waffe gingen in. Vorstellen Sie sich, wie wir uns gefühlt haben? ! ? Es gab Sicherheitsbeamte auf jeder Etage im Aufzugsbereich, aber wir hatten noch ein seltsames Gefühl. Glücklicherweise war es nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt für frühe Morgenflüge. Kostenloses Shuttle zum Flughafen ist plus und nur 5 Minuten zum Flughafen.
