"The service staff was very friendly, which I appreciated. But there are a lot of homeless people nearby, which is disturbing. The room has no ventilation, seems to have not been cleaned, and the facilities are also very poor. Since I booked the hotel at the last minute and the price was not high, I accepted it. The hotel has two locks, but the odd tenant is a little unsettling. Thank you very much to the receptionist for changing me to a more suitable room! If I were given a choice again, I would not choose this hotel. I still appreciate every service member's help. Breakfast is a simple buffet with hard-boiled eggs, toast and juice. Dinner was simple rice with sauce on top. There are many supermarkets nearby. You can choose to go shopping on your own, but be sure to avoid the hordes of homeless people."

The moment you arrive at the hotel, you feel right at home. It's a small boutique hotel with a European flair. Imagine staying at grandma's house, where everything is taken care of and all you have to do is sit back, relax, and soak up the cozy atmosphere. We stayed on the second floor, and I'd like to point out that this hotel does not have an elevator. This hotel has a recreation room, a small restaurant attached to the main house, an outdoor seating area for breakfast, a small bar, and a gift shop. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had an excellent stay. The location of the hotel is also important to consider. It is a short walk from downtown Victoria, where the main shopping street is located.

BaifangDieses Hotel ist das detaillierteste Hotel, in dem ich in Kanada übernachtet habe! Die Lage ist in der Fußgängerzone, die Dekoration ist exquisit, das Bad ist voller L'Occitane und es gibt zwei Paar Hausschuhe! Geliebt, Kaffee ist auch eine sehr gute Marke. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Victoria gehe, werde ich mir keine anderen Hotels ansehen. Das Fünf-Sterne-Lob ist es auf jeden Fall wert.

Oak Bay Beach Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the high standard of hygiene and the great service really stood out.

Velasco-BuurmanDieses Hotel war perfekt für meinen Mann und ich. Überall war es zu Fuß, zum Park, Fisherman’s Wharf, zum Parlament und in der Innenstadt. Wir genossen die Ruhe der Nachbarschaft und der Siegerhäuser. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal hier bleiben bedenken!

GastnutzerTop-Nochservice. Ecke Suite auf dem 6. Stock hatte einen Killerblick auf den Hafen und das Parlament Gebäude. Wandern entfernt vom Restaurant und das BC Museum. Wirklich geschätzt, einen Sitzplatz getrennt vom Schlafzimmer.
Alles war sehr schön, aber nicht neu renoviert Zimmer. Jedoch, freuen sich auf eine Gelegenheit, dort wieder zu bleiben.
Der Pool war ein großer Fehler, der Saunabereich war Teil eines beigefügten Fitnessraums. Nicht die Spa-Erfahrung, die ich erwartet hatte.

I felt it was odd that they didn't provide free parking with their rooms at such a remote location. There is a pool next door available for about $45 however it closes at 7pm on Friday and Saturday. It appears on the website it is included but there is a link showing the costs.
There is no shopping yet in the location. The pro shop did not have any medium or large ladies shirts available and I couldn't see any golf balls with Bear Mountain Logo.
The room and view were amazing. Staff was wonderful. They played soft music in the restaurant in the evening. We enjoyed the hot tub outside in the garden. Go there to golf; bike or quiet time.

房間衞生還可以，但比較簡陋，沒有熱水壺，衹有最簡單的咖啡機，讓人驚訝的是，竟然連瓶裝水都沒有提供。前台印度小哥，辦入住也很慢，問了各種訊息輸入電腦後，最後竟然給我個表格讓我把剛才的訊息再填寫一遍，這入住效率在加拿大確實第一次遇見。現在是淡季，空房很多，竟然給我安排了一個緊靠電梯的房間，我説能否換一間，他説那就要加錢升級，徹底無語了。總之感受很一般，不推薦。

The service was outstanding and the location ideal if you are biking. The hotel also has a room where you can store your bikes. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful.

phenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩
