Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal! Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Ganz in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten von Sarajevo. Es liegt in der Altstadt und ist höchstens 5 Gehminuten von der Lateinerbrücke und 10 Gehminuten vom Rathaus entfernt!

Our stay at Hotel Aziza was pleasant overall. The reception staff, especially the lady at the front desk, was very kind and went out of her way to help us get to the pharmacy and return safely — truly appreciated her assistance. The hotel staff in general were responsive and quick to attend to our requests. The location is close to the Old City, which makes it convenient for sightseeing. However, it’s situated on a steep hill, so walking up can be quite challenging, especially after a long day. Breakfast was simple and could be improved — the selection was limited, and the fruits were not very fresh. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and a great location for exploring Sarajevo, but be prepared for the uphill walk and modest breakfast.

Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

I liked the hotel. It is quite cheap and housed in beautiful building. No lifts, and you might have to climb to the second floor (friendly staff helped with the luggage). Hotel parking too small, an alternative - easily accessible, but way overpriced public parking, probably the most expensive in Sarajevo. Cannot recommend hotel if you travel by car

Die Rezeption hat uns das Zimmer aktualisiert, wenn wir auf dem Aufenthalt waren. Die Landschaft und das Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück enthält viele lokale Merkmale, frisches Essen und der Service ist aufmerksam. Der Pool ist auch besonders sauber und komfortabel.

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

In jedem Zimmer gibt es keine Türriegel. Andere können Ihr Zimmer nach Belieben betreten, auch wenn Sie schlafen. Wenn wir ein Paar sind, gibt es keine Möglichkeit, Sex zu haben. 6. Wenn Sie jeden Tag nach 8 Uhr morgens aufräumen, vertreiben Sie die Leute.

Tolles Hotel mit interessantem historischen Hintergrund in einer historischen Stadt. Es sind etwas mehr als 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Stadtzentrum, aber ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt, weil ich ein Auto habe und es einen sehr guten Parkplatz für Gäste hat. Sie können die Straßenbahnlinie 6 zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt auf dieser Ringlinie nehmen. Das Hotelfrühstück war sehr gut, aber die Hoteleinrichtungen und die Einrichtung wirken etwas veraltet und das Internet war im 8. Stock sehr langsam, als wir dort waren.

The hotel at was located right on the main road, making it convenient for traveling to the city center. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. If I have the chance, I will definitely return.
