Hotels in Perth mit Frühstück

Hotel itself is new and looks good. The location is great. But: 1. There was no water in the fridge. 5 star hotel? 2. Coffee at breakfast is for extra payment 3. The sheets on the bed were dirty. 4. When you book a king size bed be ready for 2 twin beds just standing next to each other. And they are not held together. I fell in between during the night.

Housekeeping was poor and sloppy. Cutlery left unwashed, bed not made and on one day left the room door ajar after so anyone could have entered my room. Room curtain controls down up buttons don't work, shower handles were broken in the two rooms we had, aircon couldn't be controlled so both rooms were freezing. Will not recommend. The Holiday Inn Express down the road is half the price and everything works there. 

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums mit einem Busstopp direkt vor dem Hotel. Kostenlose CAT-Bus ist auch hinter dem Hotel verfügbar. Saubere Zimmer mit kompletten Einrichtungen einschließlich kleiner Küche. Guter Service vom Front Desk und Zimmerservice auch. Danke für die frühe Eincheckung auf Anfrage, sobald der Raum verfügbar ist. Vollkommen zufrieden mit der guten Gastfreundschaft in Perth.

Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation for the next few months with tradesmen coming and going making a lot of noise from around 7am. There is no gym at the hotel but the hotel has an arrangement with a local gym with a pass available. The restaurant is closed due renovation and one of the lifts is not operating and there has been an issue with the plumbing. Best to avoid for the next few months until renovation is completed.

Well equipped and modern, shows high design quality and low-profile luxury. Very close to UWA and embraces fascinating bay-view in room. Service is above average, a Mandarin young lady at reception really helpful. F&B well done, especially bf. Room is well maintained and keeps hygiene, shows aesthetics of minimalism.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Oaks Hotel wirklich genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur wenige Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Perth entfernt. Direkt vor dem Hotel hält der kostenlose Bus (Red Cat Bus) und nimmt Passagiere auf. Perth hat diese wunderbaren Busse der Free Transit Zone (FTZ), die praktisch sind und das Beste von allem, sie sind KOSTENLOS (Rot, Lila, Blau, Grün und Gelb) und decken die wichtigsten Stadt- und Geschäftsviertel ab. Der Hop-On- und Hop-Off-Bus hält auch hier. Man kann über Trip Com buchen und die Preise sind günstiger. Das Hotel ist 4-5 Sterne, wirklich sauber und hat freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Das einzige Problem ist, dass sie nicht auf E-Mail-Anfragen antworten. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, großartige Lage, freundliches Personal. Vielen Dank Lena

Stayed a few times and never disappoints. The layout of the rooms and how dark makes for the best nights sleep as well as how big and comfortable the beds are.

We enjoyed a family overnight stay to celebrate a birthday. The location is convenient, and we appreciated the hotel’s facilities. However, there were a couple of aspects that detracted from the experience. I was genuinely surprised that there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water provided in the room. Having stayed in many hotels, both within Australia and internationally, I have never experienced a hotel that didn’t provide complimentary drinking water as a basic amenity. It’s a small gesture, but one that makes guests feel welcomed and cared for. Unfortunately, the service at the Atrium also fell below expectations. It took quite a while for staff to take our drink orders after we were seated, and when the drinks did arrive, they came out individually over an extended period rather than together. This wasn’t the level of service I would expect from a hotel of this calibre. More broadly, I found the overall customer service lacking. Having stayed in a range of prestige hotels around the world, I’ve come to expect staff to acknowledge guests with a smile or greeting, or simply pause to allow guests to pass in hallways. These may seem like small courtesies, but they are what distinguish exceptional hospitality from average service. During our overnight stay, I didn’t experience these simple gestures once, which made the service feel impersonal and not particularly guest-focused. Overall, while we enjoyed the facilities and location, the level of hospitality did not match what I would expect from a premium hotel experience.

Die Lage und die Verkehrsanbindung sind sehr praktisch, nur wenige Gehminuten von einem großen Einkaufszentrum entfernt; der Service des Personals ist sehr freundlich und rücksichtsvoll, das Zimmer ist sauber und das Zimmer ist auch mit verschiedenen Wasserbechern, Kaffeetassen und Wein ausgestattet Egal, ob Sie auf Reisen oder bei der Arbeit sind, Sie können in Ihrer Freizeit entspannen. Ich freue mich darauf, das nächste Mal wiederzukommen

Der Standort liegt am Rande des Kernbereichs, vor der Tür steht ein Katzenwagen. Die Kellnerin an der Rezeption war sehr nett und enthusiastisch. Aber das Zimmer war etwas unbefriedigend. Die Bettwäsche und Bettdecken sind ziemlich alt, was akzeptabel ist, aber die Schalldämmung des Zimmers ist schlecht, was ärgerlich ist. Besonders am Tag des Eincheckens kam die Person im Zimmer neben mir mitten in der Nacht zurück und plauderte weiter, sodass er sich nicht gut erholen konnte. Der nächste Morgen war noch seltsamer. Der Fernseher schaltete sich automatisch um sechs Uhr ein ... und es gab keinen Haartrockner im Zimmer, also musste ich mir an der Rezeption einen ausleihen. Es sind mehr als 700 pro Nacht, also ist es wirklich besser, mehr als 100 hinzuzurechnen, um im Mercure zu übernachten. Und ich weiß nicht, ob es ein Zufall ist oder das Hotel billig ist, aber viele seltsam aussehende Leute übernachten hier. Wenn Ihr Budget nicht besonders knapp ist, würde ich es nicht empfehlen.
