Dieser Aufenthalt war großartig! Schon beim Betreten des Hotels wurden wir vom Rezeptionspersonal freundlich und kompetent eingecheckt und auch die verschiedenen Serviceleistungen aufmerksam vorgestellt. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, gemütlich eingerichtet und die Betten sind so bequem, dass Sie gut schlafen können. Das Fitnessstudio des Hotels verfügt über neue und komplette Geräte und das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und bietet sowohl chinesische als auch westliche Speisen für jeden Geschmack. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist bequem, U-Bahn-Stationen und Bushaltestellen liegen direkt vor der Tür. Ich kann dieses Schatzhotel wärmstens empfehlen und werde beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen!

The hotel was under massive renovation. Couldn't get a good Waterview room due to that. The front desk staffs are very accommodative and helpful trying to offer other rooms and options. The swimming pool is the best and we really enjoyed it especially in the hot climates.The location is at the Esplanade,directly sea facing with a nice view and big park . Highly recommend!

Novotel Airport Darwin is a typical airport hotel. They run an on demand shuttle to & from the airport terminal which is very handy, and only a short distance away. The rooms are simple, clean and functional. In room tea & coffee is provided, and there was fresh milk in the fridge. I opted to include breakfast in my booking, which was very good. Lots of choices, including traditional cooked breakfast, lots of bread options (some gluten free), yogurt, fruit and pastries. If you're on the run they provide take away cups for hot beverages, which is a nice touch. Overall I would happily stay here again.

I stayed 5 nights, I didn’t like the room in 4th floor at the start (as I requested a higher floor room and quiet room, but I got a room next to the elevator) the TV wasn’t facing the bed. I then changed to another room in 8th floor, room was great but the shower room door couldn’t be closed so the water was everywhere and it wouldn’t dry; also cleaner told me cuz it was public holiday they are not able to change my sheets. The last night I stayed, fire alarm went off at 4am everyone went to the lobby, it was a false alarm but I got very scared.

Großes Zimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Stadt. Ein kurzer 5-minütiger Spaziergang zum Mall. wunderbares Grundstück mit Komplimentar Frühstück mit Möglichkeit, auf eine la carte zu aktualisieren.

Overall it was a nice stay. However we had a misfortune due to hotel staff giving wrong information about public carpark. As the hotel carpark was full on the first day, we had to park on the public carpark. However the staff told us we can pay thru the machine the next day when we collect the car. Unfortunately the Australian carpark rule is that we have to pay and display the ticket the moment we parked the car hence there was a penalty payment of AUD 40.

Erst begann ein Zimmer in einem Ecke, die Luft war nicht zugänglich, dann wurde mit der Rezeption ein Zimmer wechselt und es fühlte sich viel besser. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, am Meer, umgeben von Parkgrünland. Leider ist der Sonnenuntergang noch nicht geöffnet, bis zum Ende der Herbstsaison.

Poor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls. The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am). It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
