I booked the pet room with my dog and was really happy with the room. The room is spacious and clean, it also has a backyard for my dog which was really great. I thought I had to pay for parking but the staff told me the parking at the front of the building is free and I was quite lucky and managed to get a spot when I got there. Location is great, not far from CBD and all the resturants so there were lot food choices. Also really loved the building and the garden, will definitely be choosing Mercure next time I am in Canberra.

Ein großartiger Ort zum Verweilen. Die Lage, der Service und das gesamte Erlebnis sind fantastisch. Ein ruhiges, freundliches und gemütliches Hotel zum Entspannen mit kostenlosen und sicheren Parkplätzen, praktischer Lage und fairen Preisen. Eine der besten Adressen in Canberra.

Großer Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen! Das Hotel ist strategischerweise nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Bahnhof entfernt, was machte sich überaus bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und willkommen während meines Aufenthalts. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet mit guten Einrichtungen. Das Frühstück war auch ein Highlight, viele Optionen und wirklich angenehm. Ein schöner Touch war, dass ich sogar eine Mikrowelle für mein Zimmer schulden konnte, was überraschend bequem war. Die einzige kleine Nebenwirkung ist, dass es keine kostenlose Parkplätze vor Ort. Sie bieten jedoch Übernachtparkplätze für $15, was ziemlich vernünftig ist. Alternativ gibt es kostenlose oder erschwingliche Straßenparkplätze in der Nähe. Wäre sicher wieder auf dem Weg!

Stayed at Crowne Plaza Canberra and overall had a decent experience. The hotel is very clean, including the room and common areas, which we appreciated. However, the hotel does feel a bit dated, particularly the bathroom — the shower and bathtub would benefit from an upgrade. The reception staff were friendly, polite, and professional, with smooth and efficient check-in and check-out. Breakfast was acceptable but had limited variety (see video). The location is a plus, right in the city and next to Holey Moley and the entertainment arcade, making it convenient for families with kids. Overall, a clean and well-located hotel, though showing its age in some areas.

The hotel is located to the north west of the city centre. Though it is a bit far from the city it is quite convenient, there’s a supermarket (woolies) nearby. Parking is difficult but they provide parking for extra fee per night with unlimited in and out. The hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable and sufficient for our travel purpose to attend an event nearby. I like the double beds (two separate beds) option but this type of room only comes with a disable-friendly bathroom. I wish their double beds are bigger in size and they have a regular bathroom option with a bathtub.

Very clean, chic hotel with a popular restaurant and bar. It is conveniently located on Northbourne Avenue , Elouera St and Mort Street which is directly the line of Canberra's night clubs if you are coming on a weekend. There's only two sets of lifts for Hotel Clients which isn't a problem for an Asian ( moi) who is used to very crowded areas. But this can be a bit inconvenient for locals who are used to express service. Pool, gym, sauna. Major plus points. And the best part of all is the free bar fridge in the room. (Not sure if it was a promotion but my friend and I could drink all of what was offered for free!) We didnt because we are massive alcohol fans. The only major downside is the 25 dollar parking fee. No, no no. You can raise the price a bit higher for the quality of rooms but it's a bit offputting to have that as an additional fee. Overall, a pretty great experience from service to aminities.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett war groß und komfortabel. Die Aussicht war direkt zum Poolbereich. Der Pool war heiß und warm, großes Fitnesszimmer mit großer Auswahl an Ausstattung. Das Frühstück war gut, aber der Kaffee enthalten war nichts besonderes, keine Barista Kaffee.

Shahil the Front office manager was very helpful and look after us well. He went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The location was great and the restaurant offered good meals at affordable prices.
