Hotels in Eriwan mit Frühstück

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Das ist ein überraschend stilvolles, schönes, neues Hotel. Es befindet sich fast am Republikaner Platz, aber nicht in einem lauten Epizentren, sondern durch den Bogen ein wenig in den Innenhof. Sehr gutes Personal, vor allem genossen Frühstücksservice. Das Frühstück selbst ist einfach der Raum: Hier gibt es absolut alles und sehr hohe Qualität - frisch, Champagner, Käse und Fleischsnacks, Sie können ein Ei mit Lachs oder ein nationaler armenischer Omega mit Tomaten kochen. Desserts, nationale Küche, leckerer Kaffee in Movenpick Getreide, Wächter und Manager bringen alles, werden sie sagen. Perfekt. Zimmer sind groß, neu und stilvoll. Personal sprechen Russisch und Englisch. Wir haben den Sack im Zimmer vergessen und das Personal hat es in eine andere Stadt geschickt, Yandex Delivery. Wir sind dankbar für alles.

Это был прекрасный опыт. Из-за задержки рейса мы прибыли в отель уже в 6:00 и нам разрешили поздний выезд в 14:00. Мы успели очень вкусно позавтракатть. Завтраки сытные и хорошее качество продуктов. До нашего следующего рейса было несколько часов и мы оставили свой багаж в камере хранения отеля и пошли гулять. Отель находится  в паре минут пешком от Площади Республики, где мы побывали и также прогулялись по паркам рядом.  Затем вернулись в отель и в отличной обстановке  в уютном внутреннем дворике отеля вкусно поужинали в ресторане Jivan. Вообщем, отель закрыл нам все наши потребности. При этом хочу отметить особенно внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Самое приятное впечатление от отеля. Благодарю всех.

Ein wunderbares Hotel im Stadtzentrum, alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war erstklassig, das Buffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und alles war köstlich! Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen!

Hotel stay was very nice and the room was very large and clean

Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Bett ist gut Aber der Duschekopf leckt, der Bidetkopf ist auch gebrochen, beide sind gebrochen. Offensichtlich hat das Hotel Probleme mit Qualität und Reparaturpersonal. Im Zimmer 407.

Wir waren mit den Wohnungen sehr zufrieden! Handtücher und Bademäntel wurden jeden Tag gewechselt. Sogar das in der Spüle verbliebene Geschirr wurde abgewaschen) Der Ausblick auf die Berge war einfach unglaublich! Von den Minuspunkten kann ich nur sagen, dass es etwas laut war, die Schalldämmung schlecht war und es nicht bequem war, zu Fuß ins Zentrum zu gelangen, also haben wir ein Taxi genommen, zum Glück ist es hier nicht teuer. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Ich habe das Alex Hotel ausgewählt, um dort eine halbe Nacht und einen Vormittag zwischen zwei Flügen zu verbringen. Das war eine gute Wahl, denn ich war mit dem Taxi in etwa 10 Minuten im Hotel (es liegt ein paar Kilometer vor der Stadtgrenze), das Hotel war leicht zu finden und ich wurde um 3 Uhr nachts abgeholt und zum Einchecken eingeladen. Es ist ruhig und das Zimmer war sauber. Im Bad gab es heißes Wasser. Ich würde einen Duschvorhang empfehlen, da Duschen unmöglich war und das Wasser buchstäblich das ganze Bad vollspritzte. Zum Frühstück gab es Reis mit Kichererbsen, so etwas wie vegetarisches Schawarma, Kohl- und Karottensalat, zwei Sorten Kekse, Tee und Kaffee. 3000 Dram sind meiner Meinung nach ein bisschen zu viel. Insgesamt ist das Hotel jedoch gut für eine Übernachtung zwischen zwei Flügen geeignet.

Perfect Stay for Solo Female Travelers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a wonderful stay at the Alem Hotel in Yerevan and highly recommend it, especially for solo female travelers! The hotel feels very safe, welcoming, and secure.One of the best things is its location. It is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, making arrival and departure completely stress-free. It is situated just outside the noisy center, so you can enjoy a peaceful, quiet night's sleep while still having easy access to the city.The property is exceptionally clean, fresh, and well-maintained. As a lovely bonus, you can hear the beautiful sound of birds chirping around the area, which adds a wonderful nature vibe to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Отель по своему расположению шикарен, 10 минут пешком до каскада, рядом метро и много магазинов. Но из плюсов, помимо цены, это все. Если номер еще в целом неплох, то кровать.... это тихий ужас, двуспальная кровать, с тонким матрасом, тонкими подушками, из за которых весь отпуск ужасно болела шея и невозможно было хорошо выспаться, плюс еще шторы до конца не закрывались и солнце постоянно било в глаза. Так же уборка номеров, по ощущению, только по требованию, потому что первые 2 дня у нас не убирались и только после просьбы у нас наконец то стало чисто и выяснилось что уборка то каждый день вообще. И самый странный момент, который произошел 2 раза за отпуск, к нам просто по приколу два раза зашел билбой, открыв электронным ключом, заглянул и вышел обратно, на вопрос что происходит, он ответил что то невнятное про чрезвычайные ситуации и удалился. Поэтому если будете бронировать здесь номер, знайте с безопасностью тут проблемы.
