Great value budget hotel, quiet room and a good night’s sleep. Nice countryside views from the rooms at the back.

It was 4 degrees outside and the windows were left open. The heating system was on max and I could barely feel it, there was also a plug in heater in the room so the hotel obviously know it’s cold in there, but even the portable heater didn’t give out much warmth Room is dated but I expected that for the price, I just didn’t anticipate the lack of adequate heating

Have stayed here a few times and always found it a friendly and relaxing hotel and for the price I don’t will not hesitate to book again

Location is to far from the city but other things are ok But the hotel is expensive I stay there for three days

Good facilities. Ask at desk for local taxi number, which was cheaper than Uber. Good bar and restaurant. Ground floor rooms which were quiet. Lift.

Cheap, cheerful and close to the airport. Tick, tick, tick.

Once again, a very comfortable stay. Checking in is always very efficient.

Booked a night stay on return from holiday got to hotel at 3am in the morning, hotel corridors and room carpets very worn could do with replacing and dirty looking. Bathroom wash small and dingy with tiles broken and dirty grout ,bottom of the door had paint all worn off , room had a smell when walked in beds look ancient,over all wasn’t clean at all but had to sleep in it as it was 3in the morning and no choice. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Honestly, the worse worst experience ever. I could give a minus 5 if I could!!! When I was checking in, two ladies were in the reception- one middle eastern with Hijab, another older lady with hoarse voice, they literally didn’t acknowledge my existence whatsoever, I was standing there for a good 60 seconds, they were talking about their own business, I was standing there like “ hello, excuse me, can I check in?” Even if they said: sorry sir give us two seconds, I wouldn’t feel that bad, but they didn’t!!! The Middle East lady had a glance at me but still ignored me, at that point I was honestly losing my patience, really bad vibes already, another good 30 seconds later finally checked me in. Imagine when you go to hotel to check in, receptionists literally ignore you and you standing there like an *****??? Terrible terrible experience. The room shower head wasn’t working, trying to phone the receptionist, the old lady with husky voice picked up the call, she was really impatient, hanged up my call before I fishies my sentence… did send a maintenance guy called Tom to my room, can’t fault him at all, he was trying to help. But eventually I requested a new room as the shower head couldn’t be fixed. When I was checking out, I asked for parking VAT receipt, the guy from reception said will email me, however, I have not received anything. Terrible again. Really disappointed with my experience. Service was absolutely shocking.

Stayed one night as we had an early flight from Leeds Bradford airport On arrival we recieved a friendly welcome from the lady on reception The room was clean with all the usual items. Ideally located for the airport also nice and quiet as it is not on the flight path.

Fairly tired hotel, stayed here many times but it seems to going downhill slowly. Not very clean, the carpet in the room needed hoovering. Decent enough bed and amenities for the price, but food indifferent and the bar a bit expensive. In addition, it’s a long way out of Leeds with a really fiddly route into the city centre. Ok for the money just about..
