Residence Inn Bozeman

When you are having a problem at one hotel and need to move across town to another hotel — it’s such a relief to be so well taken care of as we were by Night Desk’s Donna Leigh and Morning Man Carson. Their combined efforts are so typical of the amazingly high level of hospitality you always receive from Marriott team members. They got us into the perfect room, allowing us to be with nary a thought about the hotel we had to abandon. And this hotel is spectacular… the location is walking distance to WinCo Foods, Target and many others. The fitness room has free weights, plenty of towels, machines, mats, even a scale. Business Center works to perfection (with 2-sided printing). Breakfast included Chobani yogurts, little milk cartons (fat-free and 2%), pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, bagels and breads, as well as delicious breakfast deserts. There’s complimentary coffee in the lobby well before the 7 am weekends/6:30 weekdays start of breakfast. Our 2-Bedroom/2-Bath (one with a tub) Suite had plenty of room and windows that opened for a breeze. Once again, thank you so much for the ultimate in Bonvoy service, Donna Leigh and Carson. You can easily hear constant highway traffic unless you request an inside room only to face brick walls with absolutely no mountain views. Breakfast go early, or you will be left with bare minimums as they are slow to replenish, if at all. Housekeeping was not on their game so if you don't mind walking down to front desk for tp, soap & towels, or if you don't mind sleeping in unchanged bed sheets because you left a ball cap on your bed the day of cleaning and they cant touch your personal items, you're good. Pool and hot tub worked maybe half the time we stayed here, and our stay was for 23 days so theres that. If we need to stay at a Marriott in Bozeman again it will not be here, it will be at the one downtown ( much better imo)

Stayed three nights while visiting friends and Yellowstone National Park. Hotel is easy off the interstate, but still only 10-15 minutes from downtown. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was great . (Platinum member) Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating with one exception. the last day at breakfast which was to b e served until 9:00 . We arrived at 8:35 and the only hot items left were a few waffle sticks and few pieces of sausage. The other two not egg dishes were completely empty. When I asked the lady working if she was going to refill the empty dishes she said no. She also promptly closed the doors to breakfast at 8:55!! This is not acceptable. The other two mornings there was plenty to eat and workers were very polite and accommodating. The property has once amenities such as laundry, fitness room outdoor fire pits, snack market and indoor pool. We enjoyed our stay here except for the rude breakfast worker. We would definitely return. Very convenient for drive to Yellowstone and other scenic drives around Bozeman.

We had the two bedroom suite with the shared space in between. This room worked very well for our stay and was clean. The beds were comfortable. However, the hot tub was not working during our stay and the breakfast left quite a bit to be desired (food did not taste very good and little things were just not taken care of, such as the juice machine being out and no silverware available). I rated 3 stars as this was an average value for the price we paid.

We reserved a room through Bring Fido. Marriott Bozeman oversold their rooms and cancelled us at 4:30 pm when we were 2 hours away. Either this is a policy of Marriott or the incompetence of the general manager. Thanks for ruining a day of our vacation. Don’t book Marriott if you aren’t the highest bidder for their rooms. Plus the manager had her staff say we cancelled the reservation, not them, because taking responsibility is not a trait of a good manager.

Great place and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate. The room was nice, they got us a room on the top floor, very clean. The breakfast was great. I would highly suggest staying here, this is our 5th time and we will definitely be back again.
