The hotel is affiliated with the Wyndham Hotel Group, and the indoor facilities are simple but comprehensive, with a hot spring pool available (a surprise). Breakfast was simple, and the surroundings resembled a rural village in China. McDonald's and Walmart are a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is 10 minutes from Bozeman Airport, and there's a gas station along the way for returning rental cars."

"I stayed there for my birthday weekend, and they skipped cleaning the room on Saturday, which made us very fed up. When we talked with the reception, they made some excuses and then passed us to the manager. Instead of solving the problem, she brought some unbelievable excuses and took more than an hour of our time. When we told her we are Marriott members and that we would complain about the poor service and the room not being cleaned, instead of offering compensation she only tried to justify the situation and just added some points to our account. She also didn’t change our room when we requested it, even though we didn’t want to sleep in a room that hadn’t been cleaned or organized. She didn’t even offer a meal or a drink, even though she ruined our Saturday night."
