I stay at the service apartment. Room is very large and spacious. It can house up to 7 persons comfortably. The balcony is so dusty that it cannot be used. The view is decently ok. Kitchen is basic with some pots and pans. The reception is manned 24 hours opposite the road the Best Western motel. Swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and steam rooms are at the motel side.

Good service and good location. The hotel is close to the Boxhill central where you can find a lot of restaurants. There is a lovely cafe ( Red Cup) cross the street. 

Being treated like a king. Staffs acknowledged the importance of loyalty customers. Very nice and friendly.

Lovely garden hotel in schooled and churched part of town at 100 m above sea level. Close to shops, but quiet.... and the only Domino's I know whose pizza is like Italian

We are very happy with a free upgrade for 5 nights due to personal circumstances. The place is very clean and spacious. Location is very convenient. The only set back was a breakdown of internet and the handling of the matter was no very satisfactory. We ended up staying in the apartment without internet for 3 days. Overall we had a very wonderful stay and that make our trip worthy.

Stairs! My room had stairs to the bedroom area! GREAT. Loved it. Apparently Aussies don’t like stairs! Lazy bu**ers!;) Being English, I loved them. Thanks for a VERY comfy stay. Came with a jacuzzi to boot. You’ll need a car though.

The hotel location is quite good, 10-min's walk from Box Hill station. Reception is opened 24 hours. However, the hotel didn't refund my deposit when I checked out. It was not until after I emailed the hotel to request for the refund did they do the refund.

service good. facilities ok but very dated. location is excellent.

wifi unuseable. kitchen utensil in poor condition. no rubbish bin.

There were insects in bed, but the reception provided pesticide rapidly.

I extended my stay and the staff were great.
