The guesthouse barn shares the ten acre property with the main residence where the owners live. Although the homes share the land, the guesthouse is private, with its parking directly in front. The original rustic exterior reveals a mid-century inspired designer furnished interior with open living space that includes a brand-new shower with heated floors, new bathroom fixtures, brand-new lighting throughout the house, and a private yoga studio with heated floors available upon request. The hayloft on the top level has been converted into a hangout space for meditation or lazy late afternoons apres skiing or hiking. Please note, the yoga studio has a separate entrance and requires a reservation to ensure availability as the owner often uses it. The yoga studio is also available for hosting retreats. During winter months, the property is snow ploughed regularly and on the mornings of exceptional snowfall our plougher arrives between 6-7am to plough all common roads and then our double driveway. During the winter months enjoy sleigh rides at local Taylor Farm, dogsledding, snowmobiling, local free ice-skating in the town of Peru.
