Walk to town (sidewalks), play at the beach (parking passes included) and come home to a quiet oasis in the woods. Our road is newly paved, so the kids can bring bikes, skateboards etc. We are close to Mother's Beach and playground, KBIA, Gooch's Beach, Middle Beach, Webhannet Golf Club, The Bridal Trail, The Eastern Trail, whale watching, Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge, over 40 restaurants within 5 miles, and many unique shops and antiques dealers.The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open first floor with kitchen, living and eating area as well as an entry room with reading/game table and washer/dryer, front and back decks, large front and back yard, outdoor grill, propane fire-table, and outdoor furniture.The layout works great for three generation family guests.
