It is also a short walk to Lake Charlevoix public beach by the historic rail Depot. If you visit in the winter, Charlevoix is less than 30 miles to two ski resorts, as well as a local small ski hill. Charlevoix Cottage North is less than 10 minutes to the Castle, a beautiful wedding venue and tour opportunity. The cozy downstairs of your home away from home features a living room, dining room which can accommodate 8, and a fully equipped kitchen. Attached to the kitchen is a "mudroom" leading to the large, fully fenced backyard including a patio with a table and chairs and a barbeque grill. The first floor features a bedroom (Queen ) and an ensuite full bath. Upstairs features a twin bed room and queen bedroom joined by a full bath. We have tried to include anything you might need to stay and feel at home.The full basement is where you will find the washer and dryer.The backyard is fully fenced for your kids and /or pets. The patio has a umbrella table and chairs and a barbeque grill. There is a noise ordinance in Charlevoix after 11pm.
