The first floor has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with large tile glass enclosed showers!!. Bedrooms #1-3 have queen beds. Bedrooms #4 and #5 both have queen beds and a set of bunk beds. Adorned with new granite counters, a massive kitchen island, and stainless steel appliances, the chef's kitchen is truly one of the many gems of this house. A 13 Ft. kitchen table holds up to 16 people with plenty of elbow room. The massive 5Ft by 8Ft granite island holds 6 stools which is a great spot to sit and either eat, help cook or just watch the cook in action. The living space has 2 leather couches, a rocking chair and 2 more side chairs. There is plenty of space to gather around and enjoy each others company. This room also has a 70" flatscreen HDTV. Stay connected with the fast WiFi.The second floor also has a large full bath with a tub and stackable front loading washer/dryer. The tub is very helpful when bringing your young ones home after a long fun day at the beach. From the kitchen you have amazing views of long sands beach. Just beyond he kitchen table there its a large slider which leads to a second floor deck. This is an especially nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning while listening and watching the waves. But wait there is more....The 3rd floor has bedrooms #6-#8. 2 have queen size beds and the third is a new king bed. On this floor is a nice area to escape, there is a sitting area with a couch which has views of the ocean. The third also has your 4th full bathroom. Just beyond the couch in the sitting area is a large slider which leads to the best part of this house.....the 3rd floor deck with glass railings. This house is just a short walk to the beach but with the 3rd floor deck for lying out in the sun and the ocean views you don't even need to go to the beach if you don't want to..
