A studio apartment sits on a hill. You will have to walk up stairs from the parking oad and a grassy hill (can be considered a mildly steep incline). Its also within a short walking or driving distance of three private beaches in our community. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, spacious bathroom and closet. The living room has a pull out full size bed and a kitchenette. Coffee, teas, beach chairs, cooler, fishing poles and tackle are provided. Guests have access to the above garage apartment ( not the garage /basement),Shared spaces and items: Parking pad (each Cottage on the Bay & Studio on the Bay get ONE space EACH) this is a tight fit…two large vehicles will not fit comfortably, best suited for mid size to compact vehicles, additional parking can be provided ONE block away from the property, fire pit area/back yard, two kayaks and two paddle boards are available for use and are shared with Studio on the Bay guests.Updated 8/28/2023: to include a 3 person Hot Springs Jacuzzi, this is a shared amenity.
