No parties are allowed. Walking in and out of the house with visible alcohol, visitors, or high noise levels indicate a party atmosphere and will be dealt with strictly. Our neighbor is a cop! Local laws require music to be turned off at 10 pm. No smoking or incense. We have smart systems that document noise and smoke. $500 fine for violations. A studio apartment sits on a hill. You will have to walk up stairs from the parking oad and a grassy hill (can be considered a mildly steep incline). Its also within a short walking or driving distance of three private beaches in our community. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, spacious bathroom and closet. The living room has a pull out full size bed and a kitchenette. Coffee, teas, beach chairs, cooler, fishing poles and tackle are provided.
