All this on beautiful Lake Ann with its great fishing and amazing limestone cliffs. On the waterfront there is a firepit and multiple paddleboards and kayaks for your use(as well as pfds). Come cook smores on the fire by the lake or read a book on the covered deck looking out over the most peaceful views around!The paths(limestone steps and gravel) to the lake are fairly steep but definitely worth it! The outdoor firepits, rock dock area, kayaks and paddleboards are common property and are shared with myself(I live alone on the main level) and other renters of the apartment above the garage(2 people max).
