The Granary is two converted, single story farm buildings set in the garden of Palm Tree House. It has a living and dining area, one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom/shower/toilet.Set a large garden, with off-road parking, the Granary main entrance is through the living room, facing main house.The Living Room includes a dining table and a seating area with a sofa, chairs, TV/DVD player. The room has original beams and oak floor. The Bedroom is a spacious room with views over the garden and a door to the veranda and the morning sun. The super king-size bed can be made into twin beds if desired. There is plenty of wardrobe space. Towels and linen are provided, as well as a hair dryer.The Bathroom has a corner bath, hand basin, separate shower and toilet. Soaps and shampoos provided. There is a First Aid kit under the hand basin. The Kitchen has everything you need for self-catering with a combination oven (electric oven and microwave) gas hob, fridge/ freezer. The hot water and central heating controlled by a thermostat in living area.Concealed in a cupboard is a washing machine and dryer. An ironing board, iron and a space for hanging coats and storing boots is also provided.The Granary has a selection of games, books and films as well as tourist information and OS maps. Wi-fi access There is a complimentary welcome pack in the kitchen, for breakfast -including homemade marmalade and jam, tea, coffee, milk, butter, bread and cereals – any special dietary requirement please say in advance.Keys: there is one key one for main door and one for door from bedroom to veranda which remains in the house.The Granary has been recently redecorated and furnished to a high standard.The small paintings in the living area are by Hazel and are for sale.
