"Sehr gutes Hotel, die Umgebung ist sehr gut, sehr nahe der Geschäftsstraße, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Kauf ist sehr bequem und es gibt viele Restaurantbars und Cafés in der Nähe. Das Hotelzimmer ist zwar klein, aber sehr wunderschön und hat einen großen Balkon. Es gibt viele Sitze im Halle, die Service-Personal-Einstellung ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut! Kurz gesagt, es ist ein sehr ausgezeichnetes griechisches Hotel, es gibt keine Nachteile außer dem kleinen Zimmer, empfehlenswert!"

"7.5/10 Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes. Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.  Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening. Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available."
