Erstens sah das Hotel im Allgemeinen sehr schön aus, als ich und mein Sohn nach dem Klingeln auftauchten, um zu sehen, ob wir das Gepäck bis zum Einchecken dort lassen können, und uns gesagt wurde, wir könnten uns dann abweisen und um 4 Uhr zurückkehren, da alle Schließfächer voll waren, als? ich hatte schon angerufen und mir wurde nichts für mein gepäck angeboten. Als wir im Zimmer eincheckten, hatte es selbst eine gute Größe, nur um mein Fenster zu öffnen, um von über 50 Schwuchtelenden in meinem Gesicht begrüßt zu werden und zufällige Handtücher auf dem Dach waren nicht mein Plan. Der Ventilator war so staubig, dass ich ihn vor dem Gebrauch selbst gereinigt habe, und der Staub im Raum war schrecklich. Die Wasserhähne funktionierten nicht und ich habe 5x an der Rezeption um Hilfe gebeten und es kam niemand, ich habe es am Ende gegen 23 Uhr abends geklappt 🙁 Als mein Sohn und ich endlich schlafen gingen, gab es noch einen Ein Gast schlug die Türen im Boden, an dem ich war, und weckte mich und meinen Sohn auf, das war um 4 Uhr morgens bis 5 Uhr morgens klar, dass jemand zu viel trinken musste, aber mit all dem Gehämmer ist mein Sohn jetzt nervös, weil er es nicht versteht? Was ist passiert. Das Personal war schwer zu kommunizieren und nicht sehr hilfsbereit!

I stayed at the heathlands hotel last night and I had the best nights sleep ever as the bed was really comfortable and the bedding was comfortable as well and the duvet wasn’t too thick the bathroom was very clean and tidy but small the restaurant was shut but you could order food at the bar which I did I had fish and chips and peas which was ok but not good quality as the fish was too crispy but was reasonable for the price but I didn’t enjoy it the bar was very quiet so took my drinks to my room which was 126 and I would definitely have that room again overall I had a good stay and a good sleep

Spacious rooms, big bath tubs and fantastic coastal location. Helpful and pleasant staff. Beautiful garden and delicious breakfast. 10/10

This hotel is close to the city centre,reception staff are very friendly,efficient and always willing to help.the room was clean and spacious .I highly recommend this hotel.It is great value for money.I will be going back

Room overall is good. For the price I’d say actually perfect. Might be only one thing as this room fits 4 people even though we were 3, open windows would be amazing just to get some fresh air in a room. Otherwise is all good, staff amazing, location perfect, extra quiet. Highly recommended

Been around the world with my job spend most of my life in hotels manly 5 stars. I should say for two star hotel . The staff were very friendly and the room very clean. Diffently I will come and stay here again very good value for money

Great hotel, lovely staff, plentiful and delicious breakfast, room was comfortable and a short walk to the train station/city centre. Will book again 😁
