Bournemouth Central

During the one night I was at the hotel for a concert, firstly there's no parking at the hotel so we had to find elsewhere to park. Check in time was a lot slower than anticipated, the hotel was at rs full capacity and there was hardly any staff at the booking. The room was nice, it was clean extra pillow in the cupboard. Shower was nice. TV actually worked which was nice as well. Con about the room is that they air conditioning in that room was not working so I had to go downstairs and see if I could get a fan. . having hot flashes without air con or a fan is definitely not fun. Thank you to that member of staff who gave me a fan without judgement or saying I was mad for having a fan!! Evening meal I have never experienced such poor service especially for evening meals. It took almost 2 hours for us to get out food. We then had to ditch the dessert, which we had paid for I might add. Due to how slowly things were going and we had an event to go to.

Disappointed as Premier Inn usually delivers a good standard. Place needs a complete refurb. Room was ok and bed comfortable however, bathroom was grubby and shower head broken. Restaurant for breakfast was also grubby, staff ok but not really interested. Wasn’t expensive and only needed it to sleep so didn’t mess up the trip but if going to Bournemouth again I wouldn’t stay here until it’s been refurbished.

We had an excellent 2 night stay last week. So love it here we have visited many times. Matt on reception is brilliant, always a warm cheerful welcome & looked after us throughtout our stay. All the staff are very good, comfy beds. Premier inn overlooks the sea, gardens and town, everything is close. We booked a sea view room what a fantastic view! Can't wait to stay again 5 out of 5 well deserved. Thank you Matt & all at Premier Inn.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Its location is excellent with a view of the sea, everything was very clean and tidy, the service was excellent from Laura Mastrantonio, she is very charismatic and friendly, I would definitely repeat the experience at the hotel. 100% recommended.

Max at the front desk was really helpful with great customer service he was quick to serve us and get us to my room. The room was everything I expected it to be so great work from the lady that cleaned it called rakita I would recommend this premier in to family and friends.

Had great service by Abhishek and an amazing breakfast Had a great accommodation with a balcony, nice cozy room Close to everything and walking distance to many attractions like the peir and many restaurants and bars Will definitely be back again
