Battery Wharf Hotel, Boston Waterfront Bewertungen

Great location on the Wharf and very clean, spacious rooms. The two issues: 1) the service at the front desk and with the valet is quite poor, and 2) the amenities are becoming outdated. The spa (Exhale) is nice, but hotel guests need to pay $60 for a pass to use the sauna and steam. It is not included in the room rate.

這家酒店坐落於波士頓安全性最好的區域，臨海，景觀也不錯！但是，設施相對比較老舊，服務真是一言難盡，感覺好幾個前台都弄不靈清辦事馬虎；明明已經全額預付，並反覆告知的情況下，兩次刷走房費，要不是信用卡有即時短訊，都會糊裡糊塗的混過去，真是服了，做錯了也毫無歉意，充分感受了這讓人抓狂的隨意和散漫，服務差評！
