Hôtel is located very close by the tramway terminus. The parking is big and closed As for the hotel, the rooms are nice and comfortable The restaurant offers a big and diverse buffet The gym is small and you have to ask reception for the key to use it Overall, nice hotel for a 2-3 days stay

🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill. 🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday. 🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.

Lovely stay at hotel. Location was ideal for travelling by tram. Lovely pool and sun loungers. Like the extra touches by the hotel. Fresh beach towels provided for swimming, water dispenser. Room was nice and cleaned daily. Great value hotel. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice and restocked frequently.

They were AMAZING really! I’m driving from Spain to UK and this stop helped us to recover from fatigue and start afresh! The staff attention and care is what really deserves 5 stars. We’ll repeat!

簡潔、高質量、高標準的設計、配置及維護，團隊高效且專業，耐心回答問題，熱心幫助解決困難，安全放心，充足的停車場，電車C線乘車站不到5分鐘，主要景點乘車15分鐘，物價親民，太方便了，自駕遊波爾多的最佳選擇。

酒店在波爾多湖邊，輕軌直達，因為遠離市區，方便程度一般吧。隔壁是會議中心，估計有會議的時候會比較火爆。來波爾多跑梅多克紅酒馬拉松才住在這裏（馬拉松班車起點），所以馬拉松期間這裏和對面的鉑爾曼都漲價且人氣超高。酒店本身非常老舊，沒什麼入住體驗可言，大概相當於國內的漢庭連鎖之類的水平吧。早餐也不豐富，周邊餐廳也很少。如果衹是來波爾多遊玩，不建議住。

位置很好，酒店旁邊有一個小湖，IKEA, 超市，商圈，餐廳，配套很好。房間面積很好，配套設施齊全。連鎖酒店的服務標準，自助早餐標準比較有保證。停車場停車位充足，住客免費停車。距離波爾多中心地區駕車10分鐘，值得推薦。

Chambre très propre, très bien placé à 100m du tramway. Petit déjeuner au top

非常に清潔であり、レストランのレベルが高いのは流石です。ホテルの出入りにパスワードが必要なのはビックリし、最初は不便に感じましたが、セキュリティが高いとも言えます。

La ubicación perfecta. Las instalaciones limpias y el personal muy amable.

酒店位於城郊，適合開車的客人，附近也有有軌電車，可方便到達市中心。酒店設施一般，客房走廊正在重新裝修，感覺不好，唯一比較好的是酒店院內有免費停車場，晚上回酒店需輸酒店大門密碼，比較安全。

Hemos realizado reserva en este hotel pero no nos indicaron que se encontraba en renovación pintando los pasillos. Al llegar nos hemos encontrado con todos los pasillo plastificados y mucho polvo. Para 4 estrellas lo suyo es indicarlo.

Personnel accueillant , hôtel bien placé et propre . Tram à côté, piscine , terrain de pétanque. Séjour agréable à refaire .
