Booked due to power outage during the typhoon. It was a bit flooding outside so it was difficult to reach convenience stores. Water was seeping into the window and dripping into the floor. But you can ignore it. Overall , it was still a nice stay if you don't have that much choice in the city.

Room was a bit dark. Comfort room is a bit dirty. Pillows and linens smells. 🙄

Room is huge but was not so clean need improvement in cleanliness. ... But the free breakfast is superb. Staff at the La Hacienda were very friendly and accommodating.

No boiling flask was provided in the room . Water has to request from receptions but overall service is okay as they allow guest to check in early and check out late.

Toilet would not flush and also, we checked in for a few days and they had a policy that they only provide bottled water the first night. I was advised that if I booked 1 day , re checked in, book and re-checked in, then these amenities would then be provided. Also, towels were not provided the next day, again this must be requested. @ 4k a night, these should be standard, jmho
