Crown Regency Beach Resort

Very good location, beachfront, not crowded area but near restaurants, shops, 10 minutes walk from Dmall. Very nice staff, pool area facing the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed on the backside of the hotel, big balcony. Breakfasf available but not much choice, only coffee or orange juice. Simple food but enough. Pool area has comfortable sun chairs but no shades, can't used them long almost until sunset. 5th time in boracay, never stayed in the same hotel, but probably would come back. Good price for what is offer.

The staff are friendly, kind and very professional. The location was a fantastic beach front, our 3 days stay was wonderful. the breakfast was good and the room was quiet and had a stable wifi connection.

Service was good, they cleaned my room every day (by request). Room service included 1 free bottle of water, instant coffee and tea. Also toiletries (soap, shampoo, tooth brush and toothpaste, body lotion, slippers). The also changed the towels and bed linen by request, as well as the pool towels. The location is really good, right on the beach, the area (zone 3) is not as crowded as zone 1, but not secluded either, I thought it was an excellent location close to everything by walking distance. The girls at reception were very friendly and staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel has 2 swimming pools and a jacuzzi (yay!). When I got to the hotel on my first day the manager said I had been upgraded to a bigger room, and it had a wee balcony, it was nice, I was very happy about it. The only thing I did not like was the noise, it was a bit too noisy for my taste, from the loud karaoke evenings that went on up until 10PM, to the banging hammering on the floor for a hotel repair every morning at 8AM, not to mention the fact that both staff and other guests seemed to be early birds and there was noise from 7AM every day. The management should take care of that, a beach resort is a place for resting and relax, it definitely should be quieter. I complained about super loud gustes one day and they took care of it, sure, but I should not have to complain every day at a hotel, it should be a given. Another thing I did not like much was the fact that you have to pay one thousand pesos as a deposit in case you break/ stain something. Upon arrival, management makes you sign a form where they tell you that you'll pay a ridiculous amount of money for stained towels and bed linen. It is incredibly overpriced, way more than it would cost to buy new towels. You spend your stay at the hotel worrying about staining things, in case they make you pay. Luckily, I was super careful and I was alright. All in all, I think that for me it was a good choice mainly because of the location and the competitive price, but if you're looking for a fancy resort, this is not your place, the bathroom had leaks and the floor was always flooded. Other than that, I would probably go back.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is perfect for those seeking peace and serenity, as it's much quieter compared to Station 2, making it ideal for relaxation. However, I did encounter some issues with the WiFi connection in my room. Additionally, during a power interruption, the generator took some time to kick in, which was a bit inconvenient. But, overall I will give this hotel 3.5/5 rating.

The location of the property is very good as it is near a thoroughfare which makes it accessible to my mom's mobility scooter. It is a beach front property as well. Price is okay so be prepared to manage your expectations. Room was supposed to have a Queen and a Twin bed per published room info. But it was only a double bed. The room has a garden view wherein you can also see the room from the other wing through the balcony. Always keep your curtains closed when taking a shower as their bathroom has a huge frosted glass serving as a wall of the shower area. Your neighbors will see your silhouette when you shower. The hotel doesnt have a generator which is a hassle as elevators will be immobilized making it hard for people with mobility issues to go around the area. I know for a fact that they offer buffet breakfast but somehow was told only plated breakfast will be served. I even saw a spiel about their buffet cut off. I guess they choose when to do buffet depending on the number of guests at certain season. Food choices and the taste was mediocre. Thank God the friendliness of their staff made our stay more pleasant. Will I ever stay here again? Yeah If I'm looking for a cheap accomodation. If I want a nicer experience, probably not.

The hotel is old. Breakfast is plater but limited options and serving quantity is small. The hotel staff are polite.
