Wild Flowers Rooms

The keys provided at the lockbox wouldn't open the main entrance, luckily Alberto and a friend were there and asked me if I needed any help. He asked me how I accessed the parking without the key so I told him I pushed down the security gate and he asked me if there was a lock on it, so I told him no. The main key and the lock from the gate were missing. I told his friend THAT I THOUGHT WAS PART OF THE STAFF that I had a lock in my car he told me that I could use it so I did every time I moved my car. The next day I went out and locked the gate. Alberto called me upset in a rude tone because other tenants were complaining that they couldn't use the parking space because it had a lock. I understand that it was a miscommunication about the lock but he was rude and its their responsibility to check those details before a guest arrive. The bed is super uncomfortable, the floor was filthy, the wires of the only electrical outlet were exposed, the shower drain was lifted, tv didn't work and the remote had no batteries.
