Das ist nicht das erste Mal, dass wir in diesem Hotel bleiben und wir lieben immer in Pesona Alam zu bleiben. Das Zimmer ist ok (ein bisschen klein) und ich persönlich denke, dass sie etwas kleinere Renovierungen in das Zimmer zu machen. Das Frühstück ist großartig (vieles von Vielfalt, die wir lieben). Die Zeit der Auscheckung dauerte jedoch ewig. Das Personal war sehr langsam. Sie belasteten 300.000 Rupien für Teh-Einlage und als sie das Geld zurückkehrten, sagte das Personal, dass sie keine kleinen Änderungen von 20.000 haben. Und es passiert auch an die Person vor mir (und vielleicht auch nach mir). Vorschlag für das Hotel: Bereitstellung kleiner Änderungen, wenn Sie Einzahlungen zahlen! Wir blieben in Pesona Alam, aber wir besuchten das neueste Hotel neben ihm (Botanica Sanctuary). Wir haben ihren Nachmittagsthee getestet und wir lieben es! Ich war mit meinen Kindern und Neffen hier und sie gab uns ein Zimmer unten. Wir müssen die Treppen gehen, um das Restaurant zu erreichen, und das Telefonsignal war wirklich schwach. Es gab einen Sturm während unseres Aufenthalts und das Hotelpersonal war aufmerksam und alles Aber es war wirklich schwer, dort zu essen. Wir konnten das Restaurant nicht anrufen und mussten die Treppe in der Mitte des Sturms klimmen, um ein Abendessen zu bestellen. Das Frühstück war wirklich schlecht. Very friendly and professional service from all staff, including front desk, room service, restaurant and housekeeping. Mr. Hasbi in particular went out of his way to assist us with amenities in the area, and with hotel resources. All staff were wonderful with our little daughter.

Good place, good location. Not too far away from exit tol gadog, large area. Nice people's/ staff. Really recomended resort who find a place to escape and relaxe. They have a glamping unit also, which is so beautiful..anyway thank you for all the jsi team, especially mrs. Defi as receptionist for the hospitality service.

Had a great time with friends here. Nice location, nice ambiance, helpful staffs, great experience. Room is great, but the toilet is quite small for some people with big/tall figures. The shuttle is helpful eventhough it was out of service for a couple of times. But the distance from parking lot to the lobby is not that far. They only have 1 shuttle car for all guests. It would be great if Bobocabin provide more shuttle to the lobby, bcs the capacity for 1 shuttle is just for 3 persons and we need to wait for the car to go back and forth.
