EEffaefufuFrom the moment we arrived, the resort exceeded all expectations. Nestled in a stunning natural setting with breathtaking views, this resort is the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and serenity. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with drinks and genuine smiles.
Hasbi attended to us throughout the sty and he has been exceptional.
Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery.
What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs.
Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options.
Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven.
We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return
And recommending to our family and friends. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury with nature and top-notch service, this resort is it. Five stars all the way!

GGuest UserWir empfahlten einen kurzen Wochenende-Getaway von besetzten Jakarta. Wir haben eine Übernachtung für eine Nacht gemacht. Vor Mittag kamen wir an und während wir auf unser Zimmer warten, versuchten wir den Spa im Hotel, das ausgezeichnet war. Check-in war bei 14.00, aber bei 13.15 wurde uns ein Text geschickt, um zu sagen, dass unser Zimmer bereit ist.
Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal im ganzen Hotel. Ich bat um eine Richtung zum Spa-Lokal und eines der Mitarbeiter, die ich am Korridor getroffen habe, ging aus seinem Weg, mich direkt an die Vordertür des Spas zu nehmen - er hätte mir die Richtung erzählt, aber er bestand darauf, mich dort zu begleiten. Wirklich schätzen das Geste.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist beeindruckend mit großer Auswahl und ziemlich gutes Essen. Liebe die Aussicht und die Umgebung des Hotels und alle Einrichtungen, sogar ein Mini-Zoo hinter den Villas. Wir haben die ganze Zeit im Hotel und auf der Straße nach Taman Budaya sehr viel verbracht.
Sehr empfehlenswert hier zu bleiben; großartige Arbeit für das ganze Aston Sentul Team, um unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm zu machen.

Es ist lange her, seit ich in Puncak war, vielleicht mehr als 15 Jahre. Ich kam mit den Kindern wieder hierher und beschloss, im Royal Safari Garden zu übernachten, und das war die richtige Wahl.
Lage: sehr strategisch, mit SM-Minimarkt, Safaripark und Imbiss.
Ausstattung: komplett!!! Nicht nur Zimmer, sondern auch Mini-Zoo, Vogelschau, Wasserpark, Frühstück mit Tieren, Spielplatz, Spielzimmer und vieles mehr.
Service: Alle waren sehr freundlich, angefangen vom Sicherheitsdienst, der Rezeption, dem Concierge, dem Restaurantteam bis hin zum Poolbesuch, alle waren sehr gut, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Persönliche Empfehlung, wenn man länger als 1 Nacht bleiben kann, weil es nicht ausreicht, wenn man übernachtet, ein sehr angenehmes Hotel für einen Urlaub mit der Familie.

Hanya saja jauh kemana², pling dekat ke mini mania sktr 30 menitan. Susah juga dpet grab ny, karna mungkin posisi ny agak masuk ke dalam jadi harus turun dlu ke bawah naik angkot. Tapi kalo yg punya mobil rekomend banget sih, secara halaman parkir ny luas dan suasana ny adem banget👍🏻👍🏻

AAdi88Buchung am 1. Januar 25 , mit meinen 2 Kindern. Wir nahm das Zimmer mit Badewanne auf Ebene 1. Badewanne ist groß genug für 2 prsons. Pool ist ein bisschen traurig für ein Hotel dieses große. Breakfst ist gut genug.
Das Bett ist komfortabel. Fernseher ist groß. Trinkwasser ist kostenloser Strom auf jedem Stock. Muschiten kommen ins Zimmer vom Garten, so dass wir die Terrassetür schließen mussten.
