If I could give this location negative starts, I would give -10. I have never stayed in such a horrible motel/hotel in my life. I don't know how they are still in business and why the BBB hasn't shut down this place yet for the shake of public health and safety concern. We wanted to stay in a place near some of the action, so we booked for 2 nights non-smoking room. But we were give a room that it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that we couldn't even enter. Then they give us a different room, but as the night progresses, the cigarette smells increases as well. Toilet was broken and the ceiling was covered with black mold. I called the office and asked if we could check out next morning. We were so tired and unsafe to drive back home that we stayed that one night and check out next morning. This place should shutdown as soon as possible. This place need a complete gut to remove all those mold or black mold. If one room has black most, I am sure other rooms have the same also. This place is unsafe, unhealthy, filthy carpet, broken toilet, noises from left/right/upstairs room, and they are renting smoking and stinky room as non-smoking. It's just disguising all around. I wish I was able to give this place a negative rating.

Made reservations two months ago for 2 accessible rooms. Got to hotel on October20th to check in and was told there were no accessible rooms available. Because of health issues with my wife and age of my mother, I had requested accessible rooms when reservations were made. We were placed on the second floor and had to climb stairs, no elevators. Neither room was handicap accessible. My wife and I were moved to three different rooms in two days because of maintenance issues with the rooms, could not open door, not heat. I ask for email conformation and did not get at time of reservation. I will not use this chain again in the future.

The twin room around the back was tired but comfy. The pool was empty. No breakfast, and when I asked the owner was told there was a breakfast place next door. He declined to pay for it though. Lots of places to eat. For a one night stopover, with no pool / breakfast it was expensive, but suspect owner is aware of the lack of hotels along the route.

Horribly run down. Lack of caring as some things could be easily fixed. No pool and not breakfast but no reduction in price which was ridiculous for this place anyway. Only reason we booked was it was only pet friendly available

The hotel was clean but very dated. No breakfast served. Swimming pool is empty. We had to change rooms twice because the key would not open the door. Just generally run down. It was a little far from where we were doing the freedom Rail. Would not stay there again
