La experiencia en esto ha sido maravillosa. El desayuno muy completo , el gimnasio muy completo, una piscina que está abierta y el gimnasio desde las 9:00 de la mañana hasta las 9:00 de la noche… personal muy amable. La habitación daba vistas parciales al lago de Bled. Gracias a TRIP No salió mucho más económica la habitación. Sin duda si volvemos, volveremos a este sitio… Ah! Y PARKING GRATUITO… algo a tener en cuenta aqui!!!

這是我們大巴爾幹半島之旅中性價比最高的酒店。位置極佳，能拍落日照耀下的布萊爾城堡。陽台還能曬衣服。房間空間網上標的18平米，但實際利用率很高，沒覺得小。床上用品，洗浴毛巾都很新。房間似乎也是新裝修的。早餐也相當豐富，不比五星級賓館差。酒店很大氣，大堂放了水果盤供客人任取。 視頻是從房間往外拍的布萊德城堡和布萊德湖。

位置環境優越，乾淨衞生，免費停車，早餐非常好！

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Wir waren im August für 3 Nächte hier und haben über 200 eur pro Nacht bezahlt. In der Beschreibung steht, dass die Zimmer klimatisiert sind, was tatsächlich nicht der Fall ist. Wir hatten einen Luftkühler auf dem Zimmer stehen, der unheimlich laut war. Der Balkon war so klein, dass nur ein Stuhl darauf gepasst hat. Der Fitness ist gut ausgestattet aber alt. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Lage des Hotels. Für diesen Preis bietet das Hotel definitiv zu wenig. Ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Lovely modern clean hotel, friendly staff especially Ricky the bartender and Philip one of the waiters. Great location for Lake and amenities. Food ok, but not great. Our room had a bath with a very high side, if elderly or bit unsteady on your feet this may be a problem, our son had walk in shower which might be better option for some. Our main gripe was the rooms are sooo hot! We enquired at reception as others did on our tour, we were told to turn Air Con off but this obviously didn’t help! Another guest was told nothing could be done. It was -3 outside and we had balcony door open, that’s now hot it was. Myself and another lady on the tour ended up with bloody nose due to the dry air. Having said all that would stay there again as the good out weighed the bad.

Absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to and I’ve travelled tons. I am sure they buy their reviews and they definitely falsely represented how the hotel looks on the pictures. DONT FALL FOR IT The receptionist was rude, the walls are full of mold and the furniture is dirty and outdated. They didn’t let us know we had to pay extra for the sauna beforehand (15 Euro for a sauna in a room full of mold). The price is ridiculous for this scam.

The room was good size, the breakfast was good and good variety. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We have been hiking and this was the last stop of our trip , so the pool and the jacuzzi was great to relax (and the views from there are good). I had a neck massage with Petra and she was very good! Definitely I recommend if you have the time for a massage do it (also it wasn’t very expensive as other hotels) Karina at the hotel bar was great!

Great location, lovely breakfast, very safe and quiet. Hotel is advertised as having air conditioning, however the air con is not turned on in September and the room was very hot. Comfy bed and very clean, great view of lake from balcony. Would return but only if the air conditioning is working as we couldn’t sleep due to the temperature.

We stayed at this super friendly hotel after 20 days hiking in Slovenia. Our room had a fantastic view of the lake and the castle which we could see not only from the comfortable chairs on the balcony but also when lying in bed. The staff were all very friendly, especially the receptionist Tomaz who was happy to help us understand the medieval history of the town, the castle and the region. The pool was spacious and warm and also had great views.

Transferred here from sister hotel Lovec for “logistics reasons”. No apologies or informing us in advance, no help to get from one to the other though our luggage was already there. Once we got there one if the rooms boiling hot due to radiator in bathroom switches to max. They were unable to fix or change us to another twin, only had doubles left. No compensation offered. Just take it up with our agent. Pretty poor given the price. Amazing view from the balcony though. Was quite tempted to sleep on it as room was so hot…

The hotel is very nice, all new forniture and rooms. the restaurant for the breakfast and the dinner had a lot of choiches, and very good quality food! wellness and pool area were outstanding with the terrace view on the mighty bled castle! we had a wonderful weekend in the hotel, thanks also to the presence of Sir Tomaz Kosir which is a special concierge due to the fact he is a medieval history expert and passionate and during the weekend he organized inside the hotel a medieval night with all the tipical costumes, which was a blast for the kids! I’m sure they will remeber it for a while!

We spent again a very nice week in Bled, revisiting the wonderful places from the area. First time we visited Bled and the area about 15 years ago. The environment is same beautiful, except that everything is going towards „commercial tourism”. This time we stayed in the Kompas Hotel. The hotel is good and quiet, problem is only with the parking area, which is not sufficient for all the guests. In this situation it really made a good help the kidness and the agility of one of your people (Tomaz Kosir) to find an acceptable solution every day to each of us. Out of the parking problem we had a nice stay and a good experience with you. In general, the hotel people were kind (especially the service ladies), and receptive to help us whenewer we had anything to solve. If it comes to be again in Bled area, we would not hesitate to stay at Kompas, as its location is great and the service is in line with the costs. Dénes Székely-Nagy Hungary

Hotel location is great for walking and activities around Lake Bled. Accommodations were clean, a few carpet stains, left over sock of a previous guest but overall the entire hotel was in good working order. AC was cold but the room for the three of us was very small (especially for a week long stay). We were at the mercy of a hockey Tournament that ripped us off on our “all inclusive” travel so that is on CCM and not the hotel. Hotel staff were professional, the 3 buffet meals a day were decent to good w/Same food choices being rotated every couple days. Overall would recommend.
