Check-in was seamless and efficient, directions to the room were clear and concise, the room was well equipped with everything you would expect and the beds were very comfortable. You'd expect to pay a lot more for what's on offer here.

A hotel was needed to be near to Dulwich Village and with secure car park for a 2 night stay . This hotel fitted the requirements. Clean , good sized rooms with dressing gowns / slippers and complementary mineral water . Best deal was on Trip.com

I had safer issue, and the night receptionist called for maintenance service. Johnason came at mid-night and sorted it out for me. It was an unfortunate experience. I would stay in this hotel again on my next visit.

We had a very comfortable stay in the Bromley Court Hotel. Very good value for money since it is in London - but the grounds and area are much more relaxed than inner London. Room was comfortable, had everything you needed like an iron/ironing board which some don't now. Also tea/coffee and biscuits for your arrival. Little touches like this made it comfortable/ practical. Also breakfast was good and the extensive gardens were ideal for drinks outside in the evening.

Absolutely loved the location and will definitely return. The service and attention to detail from the reception team especially is 10/10. Certain areas of the hotel need refurbishing - even if just a lick of paint for now as they aren't in line with the rest of the hotel. The room was small but practical and unfortunately didn't have the best of views but that's not an issue. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. Had a minor issue with the air con unit which is very dated and didn't match the aesthetic of a modern and refurbished room which looks very appealing. Overall, would be very happy to visit again especially during the summer and try out their dinner menu.

倫敦才十一月就到處都是節日氣氛了 酒店都是聖誕裝飾 出門了發現街頭也到處都是 喜氣洋洋的 酒店還不錯 在倫敦算價格可以的了

服務員態度非常好，酒店升級左我們的房間，花園景觀非常漂亮，亦有提供汽車充電設施，對駕駛電車旅客非常方便

Prima hotel. Echte oude Engelse stijl. Prima kamer en prima ontbijt. Er waren feesten beneden dus wel geluid in de kamer. Maar dat hoort wellicht bij kerst.

很好的酒店，住的相當舒服，就是地理位置稍微又些偏，不過並不影響住宿體驗 後花園很大，早餐餐廳也非常豪華
