Our stay in the Premier Inn was excellent but I wouldn't bother having my evening meal in the Beefeater next door. The staff are excellent but the food itself is poor and the menu descriptions don't help. For example "crushed roast potatoes" are in fact small, soggy baked potatoes that seem to have been sat on by an overweight elephant. Dispel any ideas of anything crispy or crunchy.

You know what you are getting with Premier Inns. We have always had a good welcome from reception and they have always been veery helpful. Bedroom very comfortable and clean. Good nights sleep on wonderful bed. More storage room would be useful

I always choose Premier Inn for assurance of a very clean room with a comfortable bed. This hotel was right next to a supermarket & other shops so was very convenient. I also like the fact you don't get a knock on the door every day asking if you want the room cleaned!

Hotel one of the best premier inns we’ve stayed in. Obviously excellent management. Staff thoughtful well trained and friendly. Restaurant was excellent busy but well managed. Service outstanding. Everything cleared and cleaned efficiently. Perfect stay.

Room temp would not go below 19 ( to hot for me and my husband) window didn't open. Bathroom tired needed new skirting boards, Anti fog mirrors Bed comfy for me , staff very friendly , we didn't use the on site beefeater as we were booked into local restaurant and never really eat breakfast. Had a cup of tea in room before we left.

Quick and friendly check-in. Comfortable bed , quiet room and a good shower. Adequate parking with electric car charging. Person on reception was helpful with directions to some local places I wanted to visit. The price I paid for the room was good value for money and I had a great night's sleep.

We moved house the same day and were too tired to sleep on inflatable beds so stayed close by. Kieran was on duty and was helpful and went that extra mile to have a chat with that really helped me during what is one of the most stressful things people can do…… especially with a 3 year old 😂

A great night's sleep. Unfortunately the bathroom was a looking a bit tired. It looked like a 5 year old schoolboy was asked to apply sealant around the bath and the floor and skirting in his lunch break. Or someone with very little DIY skills. But the beds are always very comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet.
