I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from [18 Aug 2024] to [21 Aug 2024]. Unfortunately, this stay was far from what I expected, and several issues severely impacted my overall experience. Firstly, the behavior and attitude of your staff were particularly disappointing. Manager Hilal was very rude behavior, lacking experience, professionalism and unresponsiveness to requests. I want management to investigate on why, she was having such behavior and check if there were room available at 11 AM 18th Aug 2024 for early check in. Manager HILAL was very angry and wanted me to cancel my booking and simply don’t care about guest experience. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was sadly lacking during my stay. Secondly, I requested one large bed and got disappointed to know that they have all single bed which is joined by room service staff and again same manager HILAL was very rude and telling that joining two single bed is same as one 1 large bed or king size bed. This was unacceptable and not at all in line with the standards I expect from a hotel of your reputation. Moreover, when I brought these issues to the attention of the management, handling of my complaint was inadequate and left me feeling even more frustrated. This experience has unfortunately left a lasting negative impression, and I am considering whether I would stay at or recommend this hotel in the future. I believe that such issues should be addressed promptly to prevent other guests from facing similar dissatisfaction. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these matters and provide an appropriate response. I am also open to discussing how this situation could be rectified. Das Hotel ist für Leute, die keine überzogenen Ansprüche haben, sehr zu empfehlen, allerdings merkt man , dass es schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Allerdings wird sehr viel auf Kundenservice geachtet. Wir sind immer sehr zuvorkommend bedient worden und fühlten uns jederzeit herzlich willkommen. Auch das Massageteam und das Ehepaar des Kioskes waren sehr höflich. Besonders erwähnenswert ist noch die Servicekraft Mugdar, der uns praktisch alle Wünsche erfüllt hat und sich buchstäblich für die Gäste ein Bein ausgerissen hat.

Für uns war es wirklich wunderschön hier! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und sehr gut beraten! Das ganze Team ist extrem gut ausgesucht und macht einen spitzen Job! Das ganze Ambiente, der Ausblick, die Einrichtung, alles qualitativ sehr hochwertig und ästhetisch. Überall trifft man auf nettes und vom Herzen kommend hilfsbereites Personal die sich offensichtlich hier alle samt auch wohlfühlen! Ist auch kein Pauschalurlaub! Alle Orte die wir besuchen wollten, konnten wir von hier aus ganz einfach mit dem Taxi erreichen! Mit dem Shuttle Bus wurden wir auch abgeholt und zu einer unvergesslichen Bootstour gefahren und am Abend dann wieder zurück zum Doria Hotel gebracht! Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub wunschlos glücklich und zufrieden hier! Immer wieder würden wir gerne hierhin kommen!

What an absolute gem this hotel proved to be. Set back in a beautiful stone walled setting. You will find picture perfect arches with ornate potted trees and hanging flowers and climbing roses on your way to the reception point. The pool has an abundance of mature eucalyptus trees nestled around it and has high quality sunloungers with comfortable thick seat cushions that will satisfy anybody even those with mobility issues. The sand shingle beach is only a few steps away and a special long matting has been fitted into the sea making walking into bath a doddle. There are hammocks, thick cushioned swing chairs, sunloungers with parosals from the moment you hit the beach.we found this both relaxing and tranquil and spent alot of our time here during our day. The food at the restaurant was really good. Breakfast had lots of choice but please be aware this is more a continental Mediterranean affair, as is the evening meal. But if you are into your turkish/Greek type food you will love it. If you decide to eat in the outdoor restaurant you will not be disappointed the food is the best quality and the salmon pizza and huge burgers are above expectations. Our room had a brand new thick comfortable mattress, power shower and the storage was good. Fridge was good size and room cleaned daily. All the staff are happy to help and management take an interest if you have questions. We will definitely be coming back here again, the hotel is not massive but the ambience, the service and the whole experience was

Wir möchten uns bei allen bedanken, die dafür gesorgt haben, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten, als wir das Ambrosia Hotel betraten. Besonders möchte ich mich bei Frau Sedef bedanken. Er hat sich super um uns gekümmert und gefragt, welche Zeitung wir lesen wollten. Was für eine nette Geste! Dies ist ein erstklassiger Hotelservice. Unser Zimmer war auf jeden Fall erstklassig, der Service, das Frühstück war komplett biologisch, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, alles war großartig für mich und meine Familie. Das Hotel ist ein sehr preisgünstiges Hotel. Ich gebe grundsätzlich keine Kommentare zu Hotels ab, würde aber gerne eine Bewertung schreiben, da ich sehr zufrieden bin und die Gästebetreuer großes Interesse an uns haben. Sie können mit geschlossenen Augen hierher kommen. ❤️🇩🇪

This hotel/resort was a real disappointment. We booked this through a travel company who were helpful and seemed organized. the price was amazing £1050 for two all inclusive with flights , transfers and a boat trip included! But Turkey is cheap we thought! lets do it! The flights were good and the transfer was also good but the hotel was really not good. Before leaving I read some reviews and was a bit concerned as it was the first time my wife and I had been away since getting married so I contacted the hotel directly to ask for a nice room because we were newly married. They did respond and said that they would give us a nice room. On arrival; the reception looked okay and lovely receptionist said they had saved the best room for us. Well the room was old shabby sticky and had a mouldy shower rising damp and smelt of damp. The tiny balcony was inaccessible as the door was stuck. We went downstairs to have a drink, the poolside bar was tiny and shabby with a small selection of drinks and red wine on draft which was awful, all served in small paper cup like you use at a child's party! The sun loungers were old, some broken and the toppers were stained and flattened out. Dinner war like supermarket challenge , as the doors opened everyone rushed in the get seats by the windows! The food was okay I guess. We went back to our room and booked a different hotel at a cost of £900 for the remaining 6 nights. We were met with Prosecco and chocolate strawberries at the new hotel (Hotel Prive) was amazing with a spotless room with sea views, pool, private beach, excellent food and drinks all inclusive. We were so glad we moved. I guess the lesson learnt is Just because it is advertised as 4 star doesn't mean it is, if you book a barging bucket price holiday you will get a bargain bucket hotel. Not for us. Next time we will check out the hotels before booking and pay more.

We spent the second part of our honeymoon here it was faultless! The staff were kind and helpful. A special thank you to Serkan who made our entire experience what it was by being so hospitable. We stayed in Room 222 which was spacious and cleaned daily. The room also had a beautiful view and a jacuzzi which was great to use during sunset. The bathroom could have been a little bigger but ultimately was clean and functional. The hotel restaurant (Milo by Roas) also had amazing views and was simply superb! The food was always cooked to perfection and the breakfast in particular was some of the best we’ve had in Turkey. We found ourselves coming back to the restaurant on numerous occasions. All of the food was very reasonably priced too. The pool was clean and there were plenty of sun beds available. Location of the hotel was quiet and convenient with the central areas only a 5 minute taxi ride away. Bitez beach is just a short walk away. Reception staff would call a taxi from a reliable company for us which was great. Prior to booking the customer service via WhatsApp was also fantastic. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Das Hotel verdient wirklich seine 3-Sterne-Stellung, eine ideale Lage 3 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, es gibt einen Minibus, der geradeaus zur Seite geht, um direkt zum Zentrum von Bodrum und es ist 35 Minuten per Taxi zum Flughafen. Die saubere, unbestreitbare Reinigkeit ( trotz des Geruchs von Zigaretten in meinem Zimmer) , aber ich bin sicher, dass sie versucht haben, ihr Max zu machen, vielleicht sollte man in den Zimmern nicht rauchen. Die Aussicht auf das Zimmer auf dem Pool, die Geschäfte außerhalb, Jacuzzi, das Hotelrestaurant war sehr gut, das Traumfrühstück war ausgezeichnet .... Der Fürsten und das Personal waren sehr nett und bequem , Sie fühlen sich wirklich gut und sie sind immer in der kleinen Pflege . Ein Ort, den ich sehr empfehle und ich werde ohne Zweifel zurückkehren.
