上次來已經是4年前了, 這裡環境幽靜, 來度假休息很好. 房間衛生不錯, 就是床軟了些, 和枕頭沒有選擇, 都太高了. 具體還是不錯的

The property feels old, and could do with a thorough cleaning and renovation. I don't fault the staff. They're working hard, but there just aren't enough of them to operate the hotel. Owners are clearly cutting corners, leaving the rooms unkempt and lacking basic amenities. For example, our room lacked a safe, which just about every 3 star hotel offers. And while there is shampoo, would it have killed the operating budget to offer conditioner as well? Breakfast buffet was eh, with haphazard selections of mostly cold Vietnamese and Western fare. We later ate at the restaurant and enjoyed some good fish dishes. So the buffet is not a matter the kitchen's skills, but of the budget allotted by management. The riverside rooms are indeed lovely, with gorgeous views of the river at sunset. Wish the grounds could match the location.

En étape de 3 nuits , l hôtel est très bien situé , les chambres avec vue sur le Mékong très propres , une belle piscine et surtout le personnel adorable !! Petit déjeuner copieux , prêts de vélo , petite boutique de cosmétiques locaux , conseils de visites…

Tres bien situé au bord du mekong a peine éloigné de l’agitation du centre ( ils vous prêtent des velos), les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable la piscine Tres agréable…et l’accueil super , les réceptionnistes sont des amours de gentillesse…

Ottimo hotel, in posizione spettacolare ma un po' lontano dalla città. Biciclette messe a disposizione. Colazione a buffet abbondante e varia . Piscina non grandissima ma piacevole. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Buoni ristoranti locali lungo il fiume, a 30 minuti a piedi.

Séjour d'une nuit début février 2024 dans le cadre d'un circuit. Bel hôtel en centre ville. Personnel avenant. Piscine. Attention pas de coffre ce qui est très ennuyeux. Très mal insonorisé car on entend les discussions de la chambre à côté. Cependant très calme la nuit. Bon petit déjeuner avec une petite zone sucrée bien agréable pour les pas fanas des plats salés le matin. Une étape très correcte pour une nuit.

very beautiful view over the Mekong, breakfast could be improved, very average, the guests are quite noisy, the kids at the swimming pool, the adults drinking and singing karaoke

We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing time at Riverside Resort. The balconies provide excellent river and sunset views. The location is very quiet and slightly outside of the the city center of Ben Tre in a lovely setting. The city center can be reached within 5 minutes by Grab or Taxi.

Great location on riverbank with pool and kids house. A lot of places to walk around. Breakfast was just 🆗 with many local specialities. Room was clean with great view on river and fantastic sun set view around 6pm. In our stay all decorated before ***** New Year 🧧

川の眺めはもちろんのこと、夕方は夕陽、夜は南十字星まで見え、部屋からの眺めが最高でした。 また日本語が話せるスタッフさんもいて安心して過ごすことができました。

Rất ấn tượng với cảnh quan tại Resort khi lần đầu tiên đến đây, thu hút tôi nhiều nhất là khung cảnh hoàng hôn trên cả tuyệt vời ở đây. Ngoài ra các dịch vụ phòng ở và ăn uống tôi cũng rất hài lòng. Sự thân thiện, nhiệt tình ở đây là một trong những điều cốt lõi làm tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây trong thời gian tới.

First time come Ben Tre, we was recommended Ben Tre Riverside Resort by friend. We surprise about River view perfect, nice pool. Specially, bicycle is free. Staff friendly and helpful. We will come back!
