My stay at the Ramada in Bishkek wasn’t great and I couldn’t wait to leave! Upon arrival the guy on reception was so rude and looked at me like a piece of dirt. I asked if any rooms had a good view (which they did because I’ve seen the photos), he laughed, lied and said no! Originally put on the 3rd floor it seemed really busy. I got 3 hours sleep the first night as other guests decided to “hang out” in the corridors. I was actually quite scared as they were being really loud, aggressive and just being a nuisance. The next day I asked to move, which they allowed me to. I moved up one floor, sadly I encountered another group of people travelling together who also liked to leave their room doors wide open so that they could go between rooms. Seriously never experienced a hotel like it, I barely slept again and my 4 nights of lacklustre sleep were appalling. First room the tv didn’t work, there were hair all over the floor and also on my pillow. Second room the tv worked but all channels were in Russian and if you’d like any tea tray refills you’ll have to ask!! Breakfast was okay, you can get an omelette or eggs when they can be bothered to come out of their cupboard. Most things are laid out and you can help yourself, which is fine. The best thing about this place is the location and being able to walk places. Beware it was the Golden Tulip hotel until Ramada took it over and don’t seem to have done any improvements. Room configurations are weird and have more hidden corners that are just odd. Airport transfers are $20 which seems quite excessive for Bishkek. A taxi is roughly 1,000 KGS. Safe to say I wouldn’t stay here again and possibly not at another Ramada either.

My friend had lost her luggage and needed some help to contact the airport / airlines. The receptionists were extremely helpful and active in reaching out to all channels available. Even after we checked out, they helped us to follow up. Was a great stay! 10/10 would recommend!

We stayed for 4 days in this hotel. 1. Rooms are quite good for a botique hotel - bathroom is nice with complete toiletries. 2. Breakfast is quite less but good and will help you throughout the day - eggs and coffee will be offered by the wonderful staff or upon request. Dinner is quite good. Bar is okay. 3. Place is quiet except for the noise in the street but not that important. 4. Location is okay - near supermarkets, restaurants, and malls. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, especially Aiperi and Perizat.I'd like to commend Aiperi as she made sure all our queries and requests were attended to with a smile. She will help you out the best way she can. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!!!

Mein lokaler Kirgisischer Fahrer, der mich vom Flughafen entnommen hat, fragte mich, welches Hotel er mich anführen sollte. Ich gab ihm den Namen meines früheren Hotels, wo ich früher war. Er schlug vor, wenn er mir ein neues Hotel in guter Lage zeigen könnte. Meine erste Frage war die Höhe der Hotelgebühren. Er sagte US $ 50/- pro Nacht. Das war ein echtes Geschäft, so habe ich ihn gebeten, zum neuen Hotel zu gehen. Es heißt Discovery Hotel Bishkek auf 31, Orenburgskiy Seite Straße. Auf der Rezeption war ein junges Mädchen, das gut Englisch sprach. Sie bat mich, meinen Pass in ihrem Computer zu registrieren. Nach kurzer Zeit übergab sie den Pass mit Raumschlüssel. Sie bat nicht um eine Vorauszahlung oder Einzahlung. So sammeln sie, wenn der Gast das Hotel verlässt. Zu meinem Zimmer ging, das nicht groß war, sondern unspottbar sauber und willkommen. Bett und Möbel waren neu und gut poliert. Ja, es war klimatisiert. Das kontinentale Frühstück, das weiche Getränke, Hühnersassen und Gewürze, plus Kaffee oder Tee in den Preis einbezogen wurde. Das Essen war groß genug mit Wandspiegeln Dekor und schönen Blumen. Ich war beeindruckt. Ich war sehr zufrieden und blieb 3 Nächte. Meine höchste Empfehlung an jemand, der nach einem angemessen preisgekrönten 4-Sterne-Hotel sucht, eher billig, wenn man Bishkek besucht.

Bequeme Lage, fast im Zentrum, in der Fußgängerverfügbarkeit von Einkaufsrestaurants Geschäfte, alles, was Sie brauchen. Drei Tage Unterkunft wurde in Rubel von etwa 8 000 empfangen. Für dieses Geld wurde ein wunderbares Zimmer und Frühstück enthalten. Im Zimmer ist eine gute Qualität Reparatur und Fertigstellung. Gutes großes weiches Bett, Panoramafenster, Klimaanlage, gute teure Möbel, ausgezeichnetes Bad. Auch alle Versorger: Seife, Shampoo, Mantel, Handtücher. Alle empfehlen, der Service ist ausgezeichnet6 wird sicherlich wieder kommen.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, aber es war heiß genug. Das Fenster versuchte zu öffnen, aber viele Moskitos kamen. Ich würde Moskitonetze zu den Fenstern hinzufügen, plus ich würde Fans und Zimmer kaufen, sie sind günstig, aber zusätzlich Komfort

Прекрасная гостиница , соответствует своим звездам. Все очень чисто , отель выполнен в приятном в соответствии с названием дизайном . Персонал отеля очень вежливый , предупредительный и дружелюбный . Отдельное спасибо администрации отеля . При отъезде в спешке забыли бумажник с наличкой - о чем незамедлительно были поставлены в известность , и уже дома на другой день получили нашу пропажу . Благодарим , помним и надеемся еще раз посетить столицу Кыргызстана с такими теплыми и отзывчивыми людьми .

First hostel I ever stayed at and it was comfortable and cozy. I liked the location, it’s near the railways, so you can actually see and hear the trains go by. Nicely furnished and designed, everything is super clean. You will definitely like staying there. Home-like atmosphere, welcoming staff, snacks, books, and Netflix available! Surely would stay there next time.

My stay at the hotel in Bishkek exceeded my expectations. The hotel had a charming ambiance and a central location, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were well-maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities.

Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und es werden täglich frische Gerichte hinzugefügt. Auch die Englischkenntnisse an der Rezeption sind sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr gut. Die Schalldämmung ist sehr gut. Der Verkehr hier ist im Grunde der gleiche wie im Land-Kleinbus. Taxi ist extrem günstig und Sie können selbst eine Taxi-Anruf-Software herunterladen. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Chinesisch-Amerikanischen Konsulats, nicht ganz in der Nähe der Stadt, aber die Stadt ist nicht groß, also in Ordnung. Unten sollte es Parkplätze geben.
