Beste Hotels mit Fitnessstudio in Bishkek

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

Zwei Stunden vorzeitig auf die Rezeption zu verbleiben, die Rezeption beantragt eine Zahlung von 61 Dollar, die Rezeption abgelehnt wurde. Es fühlt sich nicht gut an. Es ist immer noch gut, um einen Taxi zu nennen.

В целом все сойдет, но есть вопросы к уборке, ощущение что туда входит только замена полотенец и салфеток. Если снимаешь отель на неделю то душ , ванную или туалет убирать не обязательно 🙈 Плюс не понятно отношения персонала на баре в ресторане. Мы специально согласовывали и делали доп оплаты за норм кофе, но как нам объясняли утром сотрудники бариста человек настроения и каждый день сама решает кому и когда она будет делать кофе, а кому нет. Для такого отеля это конечно очень странная позиция по поводу сервиса за который мы заплатили. Сделайте себе кофе в сами в автоматической кофе машине :/

Wahrscheinlich das beste Hotel in Bischkek, das Zimmer ist groß, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt an einer von Bäumen gesäumten Straße im Stadtzentrum und ist praktisch zum Essen gehen. Das Hotel ist mit dem Taxi etwa 60 Yuan vom Flughafen entfernt und hat einen bequemen Transport. Es gibt viele Restaurants, die weit weg sind, und es gibt auch ein chinesisches Restaurant. Es ist bequem zu essen.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel. Ausgezeichneter Service und Lage. Erstaunliche Qualitätszimmer, Möbel und Lebensmittel. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer sowohl im Badezimmer als auch im Zimmer. Wenn Sie nicht auf einem niedrigen Budget, würde ich jemanden empfehlen, in diesem Hotel während in Bishkek zu bleiben.

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

Gute Lage, geräumiges Zimmer. Alles ist sauber und frisch. Wir konnten nicht zum Frühstück wegen des frühen checkouts, so kann ich nichts darüber sagen. Unterhalb: sehr laute Musik im Restaurant unten bis ca. 21:00 Uhr (Vielleicht nicht jeden Tag, aber wir blieben nur eine Nacht).

Nice quiet hotel with a good atmosphere. Near Bishkek Park mall. The front desk ladies and the guy behind the bar were all courteous, competent, and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the dinner (i had beshbarmak) was awesome.

性價算是比較比高的，還有免費spa，如果按摩另外收費，早餐品類也比較豐富，不過中亞的口味是真心難吃，外面的風景倒是不錯

Das Hotel war im Allgemeinen sehr schön und genügend.Die Mitarbeiter waren lächerlich und hilfsbereit.Die Rezeption sprach Türkisch.Das Frühstück ist schön und genügend.Ein Geschäft ist ein Hotel.Die Lage ist nicht schlecht, es gibt eine Asia Mall-Jahrhaufnahme in der Nähe.Für mich gibt es nur ein Problem in den Fenstern eine große Verkleidung. Und das Licht aus dem Ausland wird nicht genug verhindert, es wird schwer, in Sonnenaufständen zu schlafen.
