A nice hotel but certainly not a 4 star as it is mentioned on most of the booking websites. Room service, Food & Beverages not available 24/7. Self service to fill up drinking water in a jug kept in the room from a dispenser kept on each floor near the elevator. All Rooms are different sizes so if you book them as per the info, you will be in for a surprise. The location of this property is absolutely perfect right in the city centre with everything close by. It has a restaurant with a wonderful view. The breakfast lacked the variety you would expect but decent though.

Das ist ein tolles Hostel! Es ist brandneu und gut gepflegt, so dass alle Einrichtungen in Ordnung waren. Die Schlafzimmer waren wirklich mit ihren eigenen Datenschutzgarten und Stromausgängen zufrieden, und das Wi-Fi funktionierte großartig. Die Gäste, die lieber ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten machen, können die Küche nutzen. Die Lage ist perfekt für die Stadt zu erkunden, es ist direkt im Stadtzentrum. Alle Attraktionen sind in der Nähe zu Fuß, und es gibt so viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter können nicht flüssig in Englisch sein, aber sie waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben mich sogar früh, als ich morgens ankam, in der Echtzeit überprüfen lassen. Dies ist der perfekte Ort, wo Sie sich auf der Suche nach einem Ort, wo Sie in Bishkek wohnen, das zentral gelegen ist.

My stay at the Ramada in Bishkek wasn’t great and I couldn’t wait to leave! Upon arrival the guy on reception was so rude and looked at me like a piece of dirt. I asked if any rooms had a good view (which they did because I’ve seen the photos), he laughed, lied and said no! Originally put on the 3rd floor it seemed really busy. I got 3 hours sleep the first night as other guests decided to “hang out” in the corridors. I was actually quite scared as they were being really loud, aggressive and just being a nuisance. The next day I asked to move, which they allowed me to. I moved up one floor, sadly I encountered another group of people travelling together who also liked to leave their room doors wide open so that they could go between rooms. Seriously never experienced a hotel like it, I barely slept again and my 4 nights of lacklustre sleep were appalling. First room the tv didn’t work, there were hair all over the floor and also on my pillow. Second room the tv worked but all channels were in Russian and if you’d like any tea tray refills you’ll have to ask!! Breakfast was okay, you can get an omelette or eggs when they can be bothered to come out of their cupboard. Most things are laid out and you can help yourself, which is fine. The best thing about this place is the location and being able to walk places. Beware it was the Golden Tulip hotel until Ramada took it over and don’t seem to have done any improvements. Room configurations are weird and have more hidden corners that are just odd. Airport transfers are $20 which seems quite excessive for Bishkek. A taxi is roughly 1,000 KGS. Safe to say I wouldn’t stay here again and possibly not at another Ramada either.

Сам отель очень хорош, как ресторан и как здание. Но персонал, не весь часть, работает ужасно. Официанты не знают страну производства вина, и вес блюд. Повара молодцы, готовят вкусно. Bell boy пришел за чемоданами в номер, оставил их в багажном отделении на первом этаже и никому не сказал. Пришлось выяснять где багаж администратору девушке и тащить их на себе. Попросил воду в номер, принес 4 бутылки, 2 из которых вскрыты, т.е уже кто то пил. Молочко для тела одноразовая маленькая бутылочка и та начатая. Отель якобы 5 звезд, на ресепшен сказали что они комплектуют номер на 1 го человека, я на 2х заказывал. Бронь неделю весела подтвержденная! У вас некому за персоналом следить? У вас их никто не обучает? Останавливались в ожидании стыковочного рейса туда и обратно. Больше не приедем, это 3+ звезды а не 5. Вообщем Мариот, второй раз уже подводит. Внешне все красиво а обслуживание 0. Никогда не поеду в Марриот, для меня это слово ругательное

Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, aber wir hatten eine wirklich wunderbare Erfahrung. Einchecken war angenehm und effizient, erleichtert von einer jungen Dame namens Adnoz (Entschuldigungen für sie, wenn ich den Namen nicht richtig geschrieben habe). Dann brauchten wir Hilfe, wenn ich den Safe-Locker nicht wieder öffnen konnte und auch mit den Fernsehkanälen. Beide Male war die Aktion sofort, ohne Erinnerungen zu geben. Das Zimmer war hell, farbig und geräumig. Aber der Schwerpunkt unseres Aufenthalts - neben der Gastfreundschaft - war das Abendessen. Wir sind Vegetarier und jedes Geschmack, das wir bestellten, war wert eines Michelin-starrten Restaurants. Das Essen war geschmackvoll und mit Geschmack gebrochen. Wir genießen immer noch den Cauliflower Steak - perfekt in Textur und Geschmack. Dies ist das beste Essen, das wir in unseren Reisen hatten. Das Menü präsentiert die Chefs Credo und Philosophie auf der ersten Seite. Das Essen lebte sicherlich auf! Der Service im Restaurant war gut und Manager Behruz war eine Menge Energie! Wir wünschten, wir hätten länger geblieben und würden gern zurückkehren!

前台小姐姐很好，英語不錯，提前聯繫的，還幫忙叫車機場接送。性價比還可以。要求不高可以選擇？早餐還可以。

They had pre arranged a taxi service from the airport, and he was waiting for me right at the doors as I finally completed my 28 hours in transit from Sydney. This man was my first experience of anyone really in Bishkek and he was so friendly and helpful. We chatted endlessly whilst he drove me to my destination and although I was tired I wished we could have spoken for another little while. Once inside the hotel, he helped me check in to the hotel as my knowledge of Russian is non existent and the young man behind the counter had limited English. I headed upstairs and had an amazing sleep after a hot shower. The beds are super comfortable and after getting myself sorted around 11am the staff at the front desk really did go above and beyond helping me get my sim card active (they even took me to the supermarket to add data to my sim) they then organised a taxi to take me to the bank and bring me back and all of this they offered me a lunch as I had missed out in breakfast. They also upgraded me from a double room to a room with a separate lounge and bedroom. The next day before checking out they again arranged a taxi for my destination and also gave me a take away lunch as I had missed breakfast that first morning. This was my first long haul flight after 2 years and the staff at hotel De'mar really helped me settle in and avoid jet lag. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend you stay at this hotel if you are ever thinking of visiting Bishkek.
