The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but had dust in certain parts of the lighting and table. The bathroom didn’t smell to good when we got there. There wasn’t much soap to wash your hands. Unfortunately at night time the people next door were loud and at times the door was shutting it would wake you up. The tv remote wasn’t working properly.

Friendly staff with clean rooms.The kitchenette was good together with a fridge and a washing machine. It took 15 minutes walk to the Birmingham New Street Train Station with up and downs along the road. However the hotel was located near the canal and the Central library. Restaurants and bars were easily found close to the hotel. Recommended when the budget is your concern.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, aber es ist sehr gut. Es war schön, bei der Eincheckung mit einem Lächeln zu begrüßen. Die Zimmer sind auf der kleinen Seite, aber die Layout funktioniert sehr gut und macht den größten Teil des Raums. Das Badezimmer ist sauber und bietet Shampoo, Körperwaschung usw. für Menschen, die Reisen Licht. Glücklicherweise haben die Zimmer Klimaanlage, die perfekt für diese heißen Sommernachten ist. Absolut empfehlen, erstaunliche Absprache zum Preis!

Ich schäme mich, zu sagen, ich habe zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verblieben. Ich versuche so hart etwas Gutes zu sagen zu finden, und habe nie irgendwo mit einem Stern auf der TA markiert. Auch ein Grundhotel könnte großartig sein oder in einer großen Lage. Große Firmenhotels sind blöd, aber komfortable und zuverlässig. Die Penta hatte nichts zu tun, außer ein paar Tage vor der Reise reserviert und wollte irgendwo in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Es sah aus wie ein intelligentes, modernes Hotel und wurde als solches geschätzt. Die Realität war aber anders, eine besetzte Straße, neben einem Waschwagen und Außenwäsche. Es gibt keine Rezeption, nur in die Bar Check-in. Einer der beiden Aufzüge war aus der Reihenfolge. Dunkel unterdrückende Korridor, in ein Zimmer, das nur ziemlich grausam war. Das Teppich hatte präsentierte Marken, es gab keine geeignete Lagerung, nur eine offene Rache mit Spritzenmarken auf die Wand. Das Badezimmer hatte eine wirklich unbehagliche Flucht, der Tauch hatte keine Stopfen in ihm, der Toilettenrollhalter wurde gebrochen. Glas waren grubby. Das Fernsehen wurde automatisch um 7. Es fühlte sich so, als hätte jeder, der den Ort führt, aufgegeben, um seine Kunden zu kümmern, und es war froh, früh zu überprüfen. Nur tröstlich war, dass das Bett bequem und vorzugsweise auf einem Sitz im New Street Station war. Nur um.

The budget IBIS is exactly that. But it’s functional and clean and somewhere to crash out for an evening. This would have had an excellent were it not for the comfort cooling system not working and the toilet fixtures falling off the wall (both reported to reception desk).

I stopped here one night with friends for my birthday. The hotel is easy to get to, and the location is excellent as it’s located on Broad Street, near Brindley Place which hosts a wide range of bars and pubs. So if you’re visiting Birmingham to have a drunken, night out or a special occasion then this hotel is perfect. There’s also parking on site behind the hotel which is very handy, unfortunately the car park isn’t discounted for guests stopping in the hotel. After waiting in a small queue, we attempted to check in at 14:30 (half hour earlier than check in ‘opens’) we were told the room wasn’t ready. Which wasn’t an issue as they had luggage storage available. We can back to check in at 16:00 and the queue was horrendous. I’ve never seen a queue as big as this to check in for a hotel before. We waited for 20 minutes until we checked in. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Although there were coffee cups left behind the curtains upon entry. The bathroom was very modern and had a walk in shower. The beds were unbelievably comfy and had plug sockets by the side of the bed which is a massive plus as not every hotel has this. Luckily, it was a quicker process checking out as you can just pop your keys in the ‘express checkout box’. Overall, a comfortable night stay in the heart of Birmingham, unfortunately the check in was horrific.

clean, helpful. Near to the city center. It happens to close to the Black Sabbath bridge, and I was a fun of them.

Shane war wirklich hilfreich bei der Nahrungsmittel- und Getränkevorschlag und es war eine nette, entspannte Umgebung in der Bar für unsere Nahrung. Das Essen war gut vorgestellt und geschmackvoll. Der Superfood Salat war wirklich nette. Sicherlich haben Sie den Extra-Hühner. Die Desserts waren auch ausgezeichnet. Sticky Toffee Pudding und Schokoladebraunchen waren auch großartig. Würde es für einen entspannenden Getränk und Essen empfehlen. Großer Service. Shane und Jessica waren wirklich nett.

Alle Mitarbeiter von Redwings sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist in der Regel guten Wert und wie es immer ein Premier Inn waren, die Zimmer sind sehr ähnlich. Große Lage für Geschäfte und Restaurants. Kostenlose Parkplätze.

Mein Unternehmen arbeitet derzeit in der Nähe. Wir fanden dieses Hotel und Geschäftsmanager sehr bequem und hilfreich. Das Hotel ist sauber und komfortabel. Das Restaurant ist gut wert und das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und gehen dorthin, um zu helfen. Die Einrichtungen sind auch groß, kostenfreies Pool, Sauna, Dampfraum und Fitnessraum. Die durchschnittlichen Kosten sind günstiger als die Unterkunft. Ich empfehle Ihnen einen Aufenthalt hier.
